This paper present an initial result of research on channel modeling of millimeter wave wireless channel in Indonesia considering the impact of rainfall due to microwave attenuation fading and wave polarization propagations millimeter in 30 GHz. The channel model developed in time series time domain by assuming channel as a random variable. The rain data is base on retrieval result from Parsivel equipment with software ASDO recorded data in online manner. The statistical value of rain i.e. mean Varian autocorrelation and autocovarian from rainfall is modeled from AICAkaike Information Creteria come to state markov use to stationer and nonsationer. Condition nonstationer is challenger to make mitigation adavtive controlled. Data measurement made model. Model is i.e the Autoregressive AR method the Moving Average MA and the Autoregressive Moving Average ARMA are applied on rainfall data measured in ITS Surabaya.
