A unique classical problem in control science and engineering area in the first phase is introduction to feedback phenomena. Others are to knowing a mechatronics system. By visualizing a method of learning process into a teaching aid it will be helpful to overcome this problem. In this paper based on methodology of learning-by-doing it presents a development of a new teaching paradigm in control area by using a desktop-scale CNC machine as an embedded educator with a purpose of professional based education. It introduces also a technology usage of programming as a computer-aided learning. The user friendly program interface is than attached to the aid. A mechanical and electrical designs as parts of system design are mentioned too. The performance of CNC machine is also observed. Roundness errors are minimized. The results shows that a desktop-scale CNC machine as an embedded educator in control area of science and engineering is worthy for education purpose such a knowledge transfer and plants a motivation of long life learning philosophy.
