ABSTRAK
Keberadaan bank BRI cukup diperhitungkan dalam dunia perbankan di
Indonesia oleh karena memiliki jaringan yang cukup luas serta melayani
masyarakat dari berbagai lapisan dari kota hingga ke Desa salah satu diantaranya adalah BRI Cabang Surabaya Kaliasin yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini. Pelayanan nasabah BRI Kaliasin belum optimal hal ini diindikasikan oleh panjangnya antrian dan lamanya waktu tunggu para nasabah. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dilakukan pendekatan simulasi model. Dari simulasi model akan diperoleh dugaan rata-rata waktu tunggu dan panjangnya antrian.
ABSTRACT
Existence of BRI Bank important enough in Banking world in Indonesia because it have a large network and services all level of society both the urban and
the vilages one of those is BRI Cabang Surabaya Kahasin that became object in
this research. The BRI Kaliasin customer services system do not optimal yet this matter is indicated by the existence of two parameters those are queue length of customer and
length of delay time. The simulation of this problem can be aproach by the
simulation model of the system. The results of the simulation model are used to estimate average time delay and length of queue.
