ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini elektroda perak termodifikasi pasta silika gelpartikel nano NiO dapat dibuat dengan secara elektrokimia. Pasta silika gel dan partikel nano NiO disisipkan ke dalam tabung elektroda dan permukaannya diratakan menggunakan kertas hvs. Elektroda digunakan sebagai elektroda kerja untuk deteksi insulin menggunakan voltametri siklis. Kinerja elektroda perak termodifikasi ditunjukkan dengan adanya puncak katodik oleh respon terhadap insulin. Elektroda dengan komposisi optimum yaitu pada massa parafin padat parafin cair silika gel dan NiO secara berturut-turut 003 gr 004 gr 005 gr dan 003 gr. Pengukuran optimum didapatkan pada kondisi pH 7 dari larutan insulin. Elektroda tersebut memberikan kenaikan sinyal arus seiring kenaikan konsentrasi insulin. Sinyal arus katodik menunjukkan kenaikkan sinyal arus pada potensial - 0667 V. Hasil karakterisasi secara elektrokimia elektroda pasta ini diperoleh limit deteksi 4.92257 nM dan sensitivitasnya sebesar 1.6353 120583119860. 11989911987287221. 11989811989887222. Uji repeatibilitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui presisi dan akurasi perhitungan dari elektroda perak termodifikasi.


ABSTRACT

In this research silica gelNiO nano particle modified silver electrode was done and used for electrochemical detection of insulin. Silica gelNiO nano particle paste was prepared with mixing amount directly. The electrochemical detection was done by using cyclic voltammetry method. Response of silica gel modified silver electrode against insulin solution showed increasing in cathodic current signal with increasing concentration of insulin. The optimum copmposition of electrode for solid paraffin liquid paraffin silica gel and NiO nanoparticle is 0.03 gr 0.04 gr 0.05 gr and 0.03 gr. The optimum pH is in 7. The response showed increasing of the signal at reduction potential -0667 V limit of detection and sensitivity of the electrode are 4.92257 nM and 1.6353 120583119860. 11989911987287221. 11989811989887222.
