ABSTRAK

PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Duri saat ini memproduksi minyak mentah sebesar 170000 BOPD Barrel Oil Per Day. Produce fluid yang berasal dari sumur minyak diolah terlebih dahulu pada fasilitas pengumpul yang dikenal dengan nama Central Gathering Station CGS untuk mendapatkan produk minyak mentah dengan kadar Basic Sediment and Water BSW kurang dari 1 sesuai spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Di lapangan minyak Duri terdapat 5 lima fasilitas CGS yang tersebar di 5 lokasi yang berbeda sesuai dengan area produksi. CGS Area 5 adalah CGS yang memiliki kapasitas terbesar dengan produksi rata-rata harian saat ini adalah 52000 BOPD. CGS Area 5 dibangun pada tahun 1992. Secara alamiah produksi suatu lapangan minyak cenderung mengalami penurunan dari tahun ke tahun seiring dengan berkurangnya kandungan minyak di reservoir. Untuk lapangan minyak Duri penurunan produksi rata-rata sekitar 5 per tahun. Sistim pompa shipping yang terdiri dari dua sub sistim pompa yaitu 8 unit pompa LPS dan 6 unit pompa HPS merupakan peralatan kritis karena jika sistim tersebut gagal maka tidak dapat mengirimkan produksi minyak. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap ketersediaan sistim Shipping Pump yang ada apakah jumlah unit pompa LPS dan HPS yang ada dapat dikurangi ke jumlah yang optimal untuk menurunkan biaya perawatan. Simulasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa banyak pompa yang dapat dinonaktifkan dari sistim ini. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan data perawatan untuk memperoleh MTBF Mean Time Between Failure dan MTTR-nya Mean Time To Repair. Berdasarkan nilai MTTR dan MTBF dihitung laju kegagalan dan laju perbaikkannya. Metode Markov digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi ketersediaan sistim ini. Software Relex 2011 digunakan untuk membantu evaluasi ketersediaan peralatan. Dari simulasi yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa 6 dari 14 pompa dapat dinonaktifkan. Jumlah pompa LPS dan HPS yang dipertahankan menjadi hanya masing-masing 4 unit dimana 2 unit pompa beroperasi secara kontinyu dan 2 unit pompa sebagai spare. Dengan hasil tersebut ketersediaan sistim pompa shipping adalah 99.1 dan nilai rasio antara availability A dengan biaya perawatan Cm ACm naik dibanding kondisi saat ini menjadi 093. Biaya perawatan pada sistim ini akan berkurang sebesar US 80.300 per tahun.


ABSTRACT

PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Duri currently produce crude oil about 170000 BOPD Barrel Oil Per Day. Produced fluid from producer well will be treated at facility named Central Gathering Station CGS in order to get final product of crude oil with Basic Sediment and Water BSW less than 1 as per product specification. There are 5 CGS facility at Duri field to receive and treat oil from each area production. The biggest one is CGS Area 5 that producing about 52000 BOPD. CGS Area 5 was put in operation in 1992. Naturally oil production capacity from an oil field will decrease due to aging aligned with oil volum in its reservoir. Duri field has about 5 oil production decrease per year. Shipping Pump System that consists of 2 type of sub system pump which are 8 unit of LPS pump and 6 unit of HPS pump is one of critical equipment. If this equipment down then facility could not deliver crude oil. Evaluation is performed to assess the availability of existing Shipping Pump whether their quantity could be reduced to the optimal level to reduce maintenance cost. Simulation should be performed to see how many unit can be de-activated. As a limit the availability equipment shall meet the requirement to support reliable operation which is at least 95. Evaluation is performed by starting with maintenance data to obtain MTTF Mean Time To Failure and MTTR-nya Mean Time To Repair. From the value of MTTR and MTTF the failure rate and repair rate then can be calculated. Markov method can be used to evaluate the availability of this system. Relex 2011 Software was used to develop simulation model based on equipment configuration The result from the simulation confirm that 6 out of 14 pump can be de-activated. The number of LPS pump and HPS pump can be reduced to be 4 unit for each only where 2 unit will be operated continuously and 2 others will be put standby as a spare. The availability of shipping pump system will be 99.1. The ratio between availability A and maintenance cost Cm is 0.93 which is higher than current one. The advantage for this equipment reduction is maintenance cost reduction of US.80.300 per year.
