ABSTRAK

Keterbatasan kamar yang ada di Rumah Sakit mungkin suatu hal yang biasa tetapi akan menjadi masalah jika hal ini terjadi pada saat-saat tertentu dimana terjadi over quota pasien seperti pada saat wabah Demam Berdarah atau pada saat terjadi bencana alam. Umumnya pasien harus rela tidur di lantai hanya karena keterbatasan ruang rawat inap dan juga tempat tidur. Untuk membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut khususnya membantu kebutuhan paramedis maka sebuah kursi roda multiguna dirancang agar selain bisa dipakai sebagai alat transportasi pasien juga bisa digunakan sebagai meja periksa. Metode yang dipakai untuk merancang kursi roda tersebut mulai dari inventarisasi kebutuhan akan kursi roda pengembangan dan pemilihan konsep. Referensi yang digunakan untuk pengembangan konsep adalah kursi roda konvensional. Sedangkan kriteria yang ditetapkan untuk pemilihan konsep adalah fungsi kemudahan operasional dan kenyamanan ergonomi pemakai kursi roda. Sebagai bagian utama dari kursi roda rangka dibuat dari pipa stainless steel. Untuk menjaga agar posisi tempat duduk bisa tetap stabil lengan ayun digunakan sebagai tempat untuk menggantungkan tempat duduk pada rangka utama. Posisi cross ditengah rangka berfungsi untuk menjaga agar kursi roda tetap simetris dan bisa dilipat saat tidak digunakan. Cakram setengah lingkaran dengan 7 buah key hole yang masing-masing berjarak 15 derajat digunakan sebagai sistem untuk mekanisme sandaran agar bisa direbahkan. Sistem rack and pinion digunakan sebagai mekanisme pengangkat kursi roda saat difungsikan sebagai ranjang periksa pasien examination table. Analisa ergonomi dengan bantuan software Catia menggunakan metode RULA grand score yang didapat adalah 3.


ABSTRACT

Limitations of existing rooms in the hospital may be a matter of course but it would be a problem if it occurs at certain moments which occur over quota at the time of the patient as dengue outbreaks or in the event of a catastrophe. Generally the patient must be willing to sleep on the floor just because of space limitations and also inpatient beds. To help overcome these problems in particular helping paramedics needs then a multipurpose wheelchair is designed to be used in addition to transport patients could also be used as an examination table or bed. The method used to design the wheelchair start from the inventory need of a wheelchair development and concept selection. For the concept development a conventional wheelchair is used as a reference. While the set of criteria for the concept selection is a function operational ease and comfort ergonomics Wheelchair accessible. As the main part of the wheelchair the frame is made of stainless steel pipe. To keep the seat position can remain stable the swing arm is used as a place to hang his seat on the main frame. Cross in the middle frame position serves to keep the symmetry of the wheelchair and as a binder that can be folded. Semi-circular disc with 7 pieces each keyhole which is 15 degrees is used as a system for backrest mechanism that can recline. Rack and pinion system is used as a mechanism for the wheelchair lifter when functioned as an examination table. Analysis of ergonomics with the help of software Catia using RULA method the grand score obtained is 3.
