ANALYSE ALTERNATIVE of DEVELOPMENT of IPLT KEPUTIH SURABAYA

ABSTRAK
Limbah domestik merupakan salah satu sumber limbah yang perlu mendapat perhatian terutama limbah tinja. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan proses pengolahan limbah serta pemilihan jenis pengolahan yang digunakan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik limbah yang dihasilkan serta memperkirakan faktor ekonomis dan efisiensi pengolahan. Untuk warga kota Surabaya pengolahan limbah tinja terletak di IPLT Keputih. Instalasi ini merupakan satu-satunya Instalasi Pengolahan Lumpur Tinja yang dimiliki oleh Dinas Kebersihan Kota Surabaya untuk mengolah lumpur tinja dari wc warga Surabaya.
Instalasi Pengolahan Lumpur Tinja ini dioperasikan pada tahun 1990 dengan ketentuan periode desain 10 tahun ternyata belum mampu beroperasi secara optimal Oleh karena itu perlu adanya suatu studi untuk alternatif pengembangan agar IPLT beroperasi secara optimal atau alternatif penambahan pengolahan serta analisa investasi yang diperlukan. Analisa investasi dilakukan dengan menghitung NPV dan IRR.
Investasi yang dibutuhkan untuk alternatif ini adalah sebesar Rp. 107171486. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa dengan suku bunga 12 diperoleh Net Present Value sebesar Rp. 115509025- dan Internal Rate of Return sebesar 3338
ABSTRACT
Domestic waste represent one of source of waste which require to get attention especially the faeces waste. Therefore require to be done by process of processing of waste and also election of type of processing used to be adapted for characteristic of waste yielded and also estimate economic factor and the processing efficiency. For towny of Surabaya of processing of waste of faeces located in IPLT Keputih. This Installation represent the single Installation of Processing of Mud of Faeces owned by On Duty Hygiene of Town of Surabaya for treatment of mud of faeces from wc of citizen Surabaya.
Installation of Processing Mud of this Faeces is operated in the year 1990 with rule of period of desain 10 year really not yet able to operate in an optimal fashion. Therefore need existence of a study for alternative of development in order to IPLT operate in an optimal fashion or alternative of addition of processing and also analyse invesment that is needed. Analyse invesment done countedly NPV And IRR.
Invesment required for this alternative is equal to Rp. 107171486. Result analyse to indicate that with rate of interest 12 obtained Net Present Value equal to Rp. 115509025- and Internal Rate Of Return equal to 3338.
