ABSTRAK

Perubahan sifat-sifat beton mutu tinggi dengan agregat halus campuran copper slag pasca kebakaran telah diteliti. Copper slag sebagai campuran agregat halus ditentukan 40 dari total agregat halus. Fas ditentukan 03 dengan tambahan silika fume dan superplastisizer. Pembakaran dilakukan sesuai ASTM El 19-88 dengan suhu puncak 200 400 600 800 1000C. Pada suhu 1000C dilakukan tiga variasi lama penahanan yaitu 0 30 dan 60 menit. Penurunan kekuatan tekan dan modulus elastisitas yang terjadi pada beton copper slag dan beton tanpa copper slagpada suhu 200-600C hampir sama yaitu 3-5 untuk kuat tekannya dan 2-4 untuk modulus elastisitasnya. Pada suhu 800C keatas perbedaannya cukup besar. Pada suhu 1000C dengan lama penahanan 60 menit kuat tekannya tinggal 64 dan 76 modulus elastisitasnya tirtggal 76 dan 81 masing-masing berturut-turut untuk beton dengan copper slag dan beton tanpa copper slag. Densitasnya tinggal 95 dan 98 porositasnya meningkat 136 dan 158 permeabilitasnya meningkat 72 kali dan 35 kali masing-masing berturut-turut untuk beton dengan copper slag dan tanpa copper slag. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan X-RD untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kerusakan pasta semen dan beton dengan kandungan CSH dan CHnya. Khususnya untuk contoh uji pasta semen didapatkan hubungan yang lebih jelas. Pada suhu 1000C kandungan CSHtinggal 53 CH tinggal 46.


ABSTRACT

The change of physical and chemical properties of high strength copper slag concrete afterfire was investigated. Copper slag as fine aggregate was used as 40 total fine aggregate. The wc03 ratio concrete was added by silica fume and superplasticizer. The firing method refered to ASTM E119-88 with variation peak temperature were 200 400 600 800 and 1000C which were hold for 0 30 and 60 minutesfor 1000C.ln the temperatures range of 200 - 600C the compressive strength and modulus of elasticity for both the high strength concrete with and without copper slag decreased for about 3-5 and 2-4 respectively. At temperatures larger 800C the differences between them were becoming larger. At temperature 1000C with holding time 60 minutes the compressive strength of concrete remained 64 and 76 the modulus of elasticity concrete remained 76 and 81 the density remained 95 and 98 the porosity increased to 136 and 158 the permeability of concrete increased 72 times and 35 times respectively for concrete with copper slag and without copper slag. In this investigation X-ray Diffraction analysis was done to clarify the relationship between the degradation performances ofconcrete and decreasing CSH CH content. Particularly for cement paste sample it was showed the more clearly relationship than cement-silica fume paste and concretes samples. At temperature 1000C with holding timefor 30 minutes CSH content remained 53 and 46 for CH content.
