ERGONOMICS EVALUATION TOWARDS LOAD AND MANUAL-MATERIAL HANDLING MMH WORKING POSITION WITH THE METHOD OFANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS Case Study at Oil and Gas Industry VICO Indonesla Muara Badak Kalimantan Timur

ABSTRAK

Riset dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi aspek ergonomi terhadap beban dan posisi kerja Manual Malerial Handling MMH dengan Anafytical Hierarchy Process AHP. Tujuan 1 Memperbaiki MMH 2 Menciptakan metode kerja aman nyaman dan sehat dan 3 Meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja. Job Discomfort Survey digunakan untuk wawancara kepada 35 responden. Data dikumpulkan secara kualitatif dengan Job Discomfort Survey Form dan kuantitatif menggunakan rumus RWL Recommended Weight Limit dan LI Lifting Index. Penentuan criteria MMH dengan menggunakan AHP. Pembobotan AHP dengan Software Expert Choice. Data menunjukkan 35 pekerja berumur 35-45 tahun dengan rata-rata beratbeban 62 kg dan tingginya 167 cm. yang telah lolos dari Uji Kenormalan Uji Keseragaman dan Uji Kecukupan. Nilai LI didapat antara 0271 - 0311 nilai LI baik sedangkan nilai LI antara 1640 -1887 nilai LI jelek. RWL antara 13 sampai 92 kg. Untuk nilai LJyang baik variable yang paling berpengaruh adalah nilai H Jarak horizontal antara mata kaki dan material yang akan diangkat dan A Sudut puntir. Hal hu didapat dengan memperkecil kedua variable tersebut Sedangkan untuk nilai Uyang jelek variable H dan A mempunyai nilai yang besar. Hasil pengolahan dengan Software Expert Choice untuk ketiga kriteria MMH dengan bobot Aman 0659 Nyaman 0156 dan Sehat 0185. Sedangkan bobot subkriteria dari kriteria aman Postur 0099 PPE 0068 Jarak benda 0067 Sifat lantai 0033 Kondisi Akses 0027 Metode angkat 007 Multiplier Vertikal 0063 Jarak Pindah 0089 dan Frekuensi Angkat 0143. Bobot subkriteria dari kriteria nyaman Postur 0007 PPE 0016 Jarak benda 0014 Sifat lantai 0010 Kondisi Akses 0010 Metode angkat 0019 MuWplier Vertikal 0015 Jarak Pindah 0033 dan Frekuensi Angkat 0032 Sedangkan bobot subkriteria dari krUeria sehat Postur 0014 PPE 0027 Jarak benda 0026 Sifat lantai 0009 Kondisi Akses 0008 Metode angkat 0027 Multiplier Vertikal 0017 Jarak Pindah 0024 dan Frekuensi Angkat 0033. Hasil pengolahan bobot akhir untuk kedua metode adalah Metode 1 0814 Postur jongkok APD kulit HM VM DM AM FM keciL lantai kerja kasar dan tidak ada halangan Metode 20186 Postur bungjkuk APD kain HM VM DM AM FM besar lantai kerja licin dan ada halangan. Kesimpulan a Agar pekerja aman pada saat MMH dipilih Lifting Index kecil agar metode angkat baik b Metode 1 mempunyai bobot terbesar yaitu 0814 artinya dalam aktivitas MMH yang aman dengan postur jongkok APD kulit HM VM DM AM FM keciL lantai kerja kasar dan tidak ada halangan.


ABSTRACT

Research conducted to evaluate the aspect of ergonomics to burden and position work the Manual of Material Handling MMH by using Analytical Hierarchy Process. Objective of study 1 Improve of manual-material handling 2 Creating a peaceful work location and condition healthy and comfort for worker and 3 workers could improve its productivity. Job Discomfort Survey to be interviewed to 35 respondents. Data collected qualitative by Job Discomfort Survey Form and quantitative use the formula RWL Recommended Weight Limit and LI Lifting Index. Determination of MMH criteria by using AHP Expert Choice Software. Data show 35 workers are age of 35-45 years with the weight 62 kgs and heigfat 167 cm. Which have passed away from Normality Test Homogeneiry Test and The Sufficiency Test Assess the LI between 0271 - 0311 good value LI while value LI between 1640 1887 bad value LI. RWL between 13 until 92 kg. To assess the good LL most having an effect on variable value H Apart the horizontal between ankle and material to be lifted and A Angle of body torsion. That is by minimizing the second variable. While to assess the bad LI of variable H and A have the big value. Result by Expert Choice Software to three criteria of MMH with the weight Safety 0659 Comfort 0156 and Hetdthy 0185. While weight sub-criteria from Safety criteria Posture 0099 PPE 0068 Object distance 0067 Nature of floor 0033 Condition Access 0027 Method of lift 007 Vertical Multiplier 0063 Distance of Move 0089 and Frequency of Lift 0143. weight Sub-Criteria from Comfort criteria Posture 0007 PPE 0016 Object distance 0014 Nature of floor 0010 Condition of Access 0010 Method oflift 0019 Vertical Multiplier 0015 Distance of Move 0033 and Frequency of Lift 0032 While weight sub-criteria from Healthy crUeria Posture 0014 PPE 0027 Object distance 0026 Natnre of floor 0009 Condition of Access 0008 Method of lift 0027 Vertical Multiplier 0017 Distance of Move 0024 and Frequency of Lift 0033. Result of final weight processing for both methods are Metkod 1 0814 Posture stoop Leather PPE HM VM DM AM Small FM harsh working surface and there is no barrier. Method 2 0186 Hunchbacked Posture PPE Cloth HM VM DM AM Big FM slippery working surface and there is barrier. Conclusion a peaceful worker at me time of MMH selected by small Lifting Index to be good lifting method b Method 1 having biggest weight that is 0814 its meaning in peaceful activiry MMH by posture stoop Leather PPE HM VM DM AM Small FM harsh working surface and there is no bamer.
