ANALISIS EKONOMI SISTEM TRANSPORTASI SAMPAH DI KOTA SURABAYA

ABSTRAK
Pencemaran lingkungan yang semakin meresahkan masyarakat akibat dari faktor sampah yang menumpuk di setiap lahan pembuangan sementara landasan dan depo disebabkan belum adanya penanganan yang dilakukan secara optimal. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan usaha secara pasti untuk mengetahui beberapa volume sampah masing-masing landasan maupun depo sehingga dengan demikian sarana maupun prasarana yang dibutuhkan untuk keperluan pengangkutan sampah dari masing-masing landasan maupun depo sampai ke LP A dapat dicukupi sehingga dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan penumpukan sampah yang ada. Begitu juga diperlukan data tentang jarak pengangkutan sampah dari LPS ke LPA yang nantinya dapat dijadikan dasar perbitungan biaya transportasinya.
Pada hasil pembahasan telah diperoleh data bahwa jumlah truk yang dibutuhkan tiap hari adalah 79 truk dan juga diketahui jarak pengangkutan sampah dari LPS ke LPA Benowo rata-rata yang ditempuh oleh seluruh kendaraan angkuthari adalah 669 km yang akan menjadi dasar perhitungan biaya transportasi sehingga diperoleh besarnya biaya yaitu Rp. 5.677.534.485 per tahun.
ABSTRACT
Environmental pollution that increasingly made societies restless because of litter factor that piled up on every temporary disposal land anvils and storehouses due to there had not been handling yet that being optimally carried out Thats why it was necessary to carry out efforts unmistakably to find out how much litter volume was on each of anvils and storehouses so that required facilities and infrastructures for the sake of litter transportation from each anvil and storehouse to LPA could be sufficed in order to cope with problems of existing litter accumulation. Data on distances of litter transportation from LPS and LPA were required as well mat ultimately could be used as calculation bases for their transportation costs.
Data had been obtained from discussion results that the daily required number of trucks was 79 trucks and average distance of litter transportation from LPS to LPA Benowo covered by all transport vehiclesday was 669 km mat would be a calculation basis of transportation costs so the cost extent namely Rp. 5677534485 per annum could be obtained.
