PERENCANAAN UMPAN BALIK LOGIKA FUZZY PADA KONTROL PID UNTUK PENGATURAN KECEPATAN MOTOR DC MAGNET PERMANEN DENGAN BEBAN BERUBAH

ABSTRAK

Perubahan beban pada motor DC magnet permanen menyebabkan perubahan kecepatan putaran motor. Apabila beban bertambah besar maka kecepatan turun sebaliknya bila beban berkurang maka kecepatan naik. Selain terhadap kecepatan perubahan beban juga berimplikasi pada perubahan arur motor. Apabila beban bertambah maka arus motor membesar sebaliknya bila beban berkurang maka arus motor mengecil. Kontrol PID konvensional statis kurang mampu mengantisipasi perubahan beban dengan cepat dan akurat terutama untuk perubahan beban yang relatif besar. Pada penelitian ini kontrol PID tersebut dikembangkan dengan menambah umpan balik logika fuzzy untuk mempercepat respon sistem kontrol PID. Umpan balik tersebut mengolah data perubahan kecepatan putaran dan arus motor yang disebabkan oleh perubahan beban dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy. Hasil pengolahan ini ditambahkan kenilai keluaran kontrol PTD. Data hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode penambahan umpan balik logika fuzzy pada kontrol PID untuk pengaturan kecepatan motor DC magnet permanen dapat mempercepat respon waktu yaitu time constan T 34 delay time Td 0 rise time Tr 23 kriteria 10 -90 dan settling time Ts 17 kriteria 5. Performansi error steady state untuk sistem kontrol PID yang ditambah maupun yang tidak ditambah umpan balik logika fuzzy relatif sama besar yaitu 05 . Penambahan umpan balik logika fuzzy pada kontrol PID juga dapat mempercepat respon waktu untuk kembali ke steady slate bila ada perubahan beban yaitu untuk beban berubah membesar peningkatanya 49 sedangkan untuk beban berubah mengecil peningkatanya 24 .


ABSTRACT

The load change in permanent magnet of DC motor cause the change at velocity of motor rotation. If the load is increasing the velocity decrease. Opposite with that if the load is decreasing the velocity increase. Beside to the velocity the change of load is also implicate to the change of motor current. If the load increase the motor current also. Opposite if the load decrease the motor current is also decreasing. Conventional PID control static cant anticipate the load changing well. Primarily for the big load change. In this research the PID control is developed by increasing the fuzzy logic feed back in order to make faster PID control systems respond. The feed back manage the data change in rotation velocity and motor current were caused by the load change using fuzzy logic systems. These result will be added to output value of PID control. The result of this research shows that the adding feed back of fuzzy logic method at PID control to control the velocity of DC motor with permanent magnet can increase the speed of time respond like time constant 3.4 time delay 0 rise time 2.3 criteria 10 - 90 and settling time 1.7 criteria 5 . The performance of steady state error for PID control system thats added or not with the feed back of fuzzy logic relatively have the same value 0. The adding of feed back of fuzzy logic in PID control can also making faster time respond for returning to steady state if there is load change exactly for load increase is 4.9 and for decreasing is 2.4 .
