PENGEMBANGAN MODEL SIMULASI UNTUK PERENCANAAN KAPASITAS UNIT PERAWATAN INTENSIF ICU DI R.S.U.D HAJI SURABAYA

ABSTRAK

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Haji Surabaya sebagai rumah sakit umum banyak mendapat kunjungan masyarakat kelas menengah dan menengah kebawah yang ingin mendapat pelayanan kesehatan dengan biaya yang relatif lebih murah dibandingkan dengan rumah sakit lain rumah sakit swasta. Berbagai unit pelayanan kesehatan tersedia dirumah sakit ini. Salah satunya adalah unit perawatan intensif ICU yang merupakan unit pelayanan rumah sakit yang khusus menangani pasien yang memerlukan perawatan dengan segera dan intensif. Karena jumlah pasien yang datang jauh lebih besar daripada kapasitas tempat bed yang tersedia maka timbul suatu permasalahan bagaimana upaya untuk mengalokasi mengatur dan merencanakan kapasitas tempat di ICU dengan memperhatikan pola kedatangan kelompok pasien Bangsal Instalasi Gawat Darurat IGD Instalasi Bedah Sentral IBS dan Poli. Untuk penyelesaian masalah diatas maka diberlakukanlah metode simulasi dengan menganggap pasien sebagai sumber input customer dan bed sebagai pelayan server. Keputusan yang diambil dengan metode tingkat aspirasi aspiration level method dan analisis benefit cost ratio. Tingkat aspirasi yang ditetapkan adalah rata-rata waktu tunggu pasien dan idle bed. Dengan metode simulasi dapat diputuskan bahwa untuk kondisi saat ini di ruang ICU membutuhkan tambahan bed sebanyak 2 buah. Sehingga jumlah fteimenjadi 8 buah.


ABSTRACT

The Surabaya public hospital of Haji as a public hospital that have many visited from middle class and low middle class to get health care service with relative cheap price if compare with another hospital private hospital. Many service unit in this hospital. The once is Intensive Care Unit ICU that is a unit hospital service that care more intensive and fast. Because of the number patient are bigger then the capacity bed so appear some problem how to allocated arrange and plan the capacity of ICU with attention for patient group arrival model Bangsal Emergency Installation IGD Central Surgical Installation IBS and Poly. To solve this problem so used to simulation mode with opinion patient as input source customer and bed as server. Determination with aspiration level method and analysis benefit cost ratio. Level of aspiration is the average patient waiting time and idle bed. With simulation method can determine that for condition in ICU room need additional bed 2. So the amount of bed is 8.
