ABSTRAK

Estimasi biaya tradisional menggunakan berat dan ukuran kapal dalam menentukan biaya produksi kapal weight-driven cost model. Pendekatan ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu tidak sensitif terhadap perubahan proses produksi fasilitas dan teknik manufaktur lanjut khususnya dalam lingkungan multi proyek Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan estimasi biaya dan durasi proyek dalam lingkungan multi proyek melalui studi alternatif skenario-skenario dengan menggunakan model simulasi Penelitian ini menunjukkan pengaruh pekerjaan paralel dan penambahan shift kerja terhadap biaya produksi dan durasi proyek pembangunan kapal. Dengan skenario-skenario alternatif yang dianalisa menggunakan perangkat simulasi Simple. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan paralel dapat meningkatkan biaya produksi sebesar 06 - 2 dan durasi proyek sebesar 47 - 90 bila dibandingkan dengan proyek tunggal. Sedangkan peningkatan jumlah shift kerja dapat menurunkan biaya produksi sebesar 001 - 045 dan durasi proyek4293 -4471.


ABSTRACT

To determine shipbuilding production cost weight and ship dimension is used in traditional cost estimation method weight-driven cost model. This approach is not sensitive to changes in production processes facilities and advanced manufacturing techniques especially in multi project environment. The aim of the research is to support cost estimation decision-making in a multi project environment by analyzing some alternative scenarios using the simulation model. This study shows the impact of parallel work and the increase of work shift on the shipbuilding production cost and project duration. The alternative scenarios are analyzed using the simulation tool SIMPLE . The output of simulation model shows that parallel work has increased production cost that range from 06 - 2 and project duration that range from 47-90 compare to single project. The increase of work shift has reduced production cost that range from 001 - 045 and project duration that range from 4293-4471.
