KONTRIBUSI TUTUPAN LAHAN TERHADAP SUHU ATMOSFER RATA-RATA BERDASARKAN CITRA LANDSAT TM-5 DENGAN METODE KORELASI ANTAR BAND

ABSTRAK

Tutupan lahan di muka bumi terpilah menjadi 3 bagian yaitu 1 tutupan lahan berupa air 2 tutupan lahan berupa tanah atau lahan kosong 3 tutupan lahan berupa vegetasi. Komposisi antara lahan kosong vegetasi lahan basah dan gedung seringkali menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam menciptakan kesejukan lingkungan. Masalah ketidaksejukan lingkungan telah terjadi di wilayah Kodya Malang sejak beberapa tahun terakhir ini karena semakin tidak setimbangnya komposisi tersebut. Karena itu timbul upaya dari Pemda Kodya Malang untuk memu lihkan kembali Kodya Malang menjadi kota yang sejuk namun hasilnya belumlah seperti yang diharapkan. Tematik mapper atau TM pada Landsat TM-5 merupakan citra yang cukup efektif dalam mencari solusi masalah tersebut karena Landsat TM-5 mempunyai 7 kanal yaitu kanal I 2 3 4 5 7 sebagai pemeta tutupan lahan di muka bumi dan kanal 6 sebagai pemeta kapasitas panas C atau suhu atmosfer T yang berdekatan dengan muka bumi. Dalam citra Landsat TM-5 intensitas cahaya pantul dari tutupan lahan yang terekam oleh sensor TM biasa dinyatakan dengan angka yang menyatakan tingkat keabuan dari intensitas cahaya pantul dengan rentangan angka dari 0 sampai dengan 255. Sehingga dimungkinkan mencari korelasi antara tingkat keabuan tutupan lahan dengan tingkat keabuan C atau T yang berdekatan dengan muka bumi. Berdasarkan citra Landasat TM-5 tahun 1997 dengan path row 11865 diperoleh informasi bahwa di Kodya Malang terdapat beberapa jenis tutupan lahan yaitu 1 gedung vegetasi lahan kosong lahan basah dan lahan komposit. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik multiple regresikorelasi bisa diperoleh informasi sumbangan efektif SE tutupan lahan di wilayah Kodya Malang terhadap suhu atmosfer T di atasnya yang selanjutnya bisa digunakan untuk bahan pertimbangan untuk menentukan komposisi tutupan lahan demikian rupa sehingga akan terbentuk kondisi Kodya Malang yang sejuk. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SE semna tutupan lahan terhadap C atau suhu atmosfer T di Kodya Malang sama dengan R2 971495 sedangkan SE tiap jenis tutupan lahan kepada C berturut-turut adalah 1 lahan kosong 3569 2 gedung 3488 yang mana kontribusi tutupan lahan aspalbeton 51 dan pemukiman 1562 3 lahan basah 1126 4 lahan komposit 776 dan 5 vegetasi 756 yang mana kontribusi tanaman pohon 750 tanaman perdu 752 dan tanaman graminae 764 . Diperoleh pula SE tiap jenis tutupan lahan kepada suhu T adalah 1 gedung 26995 yang ter-umbang oleh 31965 aspalbeton dan 20219 pemukiman 2 lahan basah 21109 3 lahan kosong 21026 4 vegetasi 11099 dan 5 tutupan lahan komposit 14947. Berdasarkan besar SE tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa wilayah pemukiman yang sejuk akan terwujud jika dilakukan beberapa tindakan berikut 1 merninimum kan tutupan lahan kosong yang SEnya 3569 dan jenis tutupan lahan berupa aspalbeton yang SEnya 541391 dengan jalan meningkatkan luas tutupan lahan jenis tanaman pohon padadisekitar tutupan lahan aspalbeton dan di dalam lahan kosong. 2 meningkatkan luas tutupan lahan vegetasi terutama jenis tanaman pohon dan atau 3 meningkatkan luas tutupan lahan komposit di pemukiman karena SE tutupan lahan komposit kepada C atau T atmosfer adalah relative kecil. Berarti agar terjadi pemukiman yang sejuk haruslah menciptakan pemukiman yang wujudnya adalah tutupan lahan komposit dengan komposisi perbandingan tiap jenis tutupan lahan bisa ditentukan berdasarkan perbandingan SE berikut lahan basah lahan kosong tutupan lahan gedung tutupan lahan vegetasi 14 14 18 10. Kata-kara Kunci Tutupan lahan Tingkat keabuan Kapasitas panas Kontribusi efektif.


ABSTRACT

Landcover in the earth have been classified became three parts those 1 as water 2 as soil or land and 3 as vegetation. Composition among land vegetasin wet land and building often to become matter of judgment to create coolness environment. Problem of not coolness of environment have been became in Kodya Malang area since the last years because more and more not equilibrium those composition mentioned above. Therefore emerging efforts from government of Kodya Malang area for to recovery Kodya Malang as coolness city however those product mentioned not yet as hoped. Thematic mapper or TM in Landsat TM-5 as image that effectively sufficient in to find of problems solution mentioned above because Landsat TM-5 has canal seven those are 1 2 3 4 5 7 canal as Landcover mapper in the earth surface and 6 canal as heat capacity mapper C or atmosphere temperature T that approach to the earth surface. In Landsat TM-5 image intensity of rays reflection from landcover that recorded by TM censor customely have been expresed by grey level coefficient that explain grey level of reflection light intensity those have range of coefficient from 0 untill 255. Therfore probabled to find correlation between grey level of land cover and grey level of heat capasity C or atmosfere temperature T those approach to the earth surface. Based on image of Landasat TM-5 in years of 1997 with path row 11865 founded some informations that in Kodya Malang area there are some landcover those are 1 building vegetation land wet land and composite land. With quantitative approach and multiple regressioncorrelation method will be founded some information about effectively contribution EC of landcovers in Kodya Malang area to atmosphere temperature T so may be used for judgment matters to determine landcovers composition that will create to coolness Kodya Malang area. Research data analysis have found that EC of all landcover type about C or atmosphere temperature T in Kodya Malang area equal with R2 97.1495 while EC of each landcover to C successively are 1 land is 35.69 2 building is 34.88 which contribution of landcover of asphaltconcrete is 51 and landcover of settlement is 15.62 3 wet land is 11.26 4 composite land is 7.76 and 5 vegetation is 7.56 which contribution of tree plants is 7.50 clump plants 7.52 and graminae plants is 7.64 . Also found EC each landcover type to temperature T are 1 building is 2.6995 that contributed by asphaltconcrete is 3.1965 and settelment is 2.0219 2 wet land is 2.1109 3 land is 2.1026 4 vegetation is 1.1099 and 5 composite landcover is 1.4947 . Based on EC mentioned above can be conclused that coolness settelment area will be created if executed some activity those are 1. make land is minimum that EC is 35.69 and asphaltconcrete landcover that EC is 54.1391 with to increase of tree plants landcover area ataround asphaltconcrete landcover and in land. 2 to increase vegetation landcover area vegetasi mainly tree plants type and or 3 to increase composite landcover area in settelment area because EC of composite landcover to heat capasity C or atmosphere temperature T is litle relatively that mean in order that to create coolness settelment must be created settelment type as composite landcover with composition of proportion for each landcover type may be determined base on proportion of efectively contribution EC are wet land land building landcovers vegetasion landcovers 1.4 1.4 1.8 1.0.
