ABSTRAK

Mesin flocking modifikasi yang merupakan hasil kreasi dari pemilahan aktivitas proses pada velvet dengan cara menterjemahkan aktivitas ke dalam bentuk serangkaian aktivitas yang sama. Mesin flocking modifikasi yang diadaptasikan dalam bentuk aktivitas ini mempunyai kemampuan adaptasi yang baik dalam aktivitas prosesnya tetapi masih harus ditingkatkan mengenai peformansi dan hasil paper cone yang dibuat. Alternatif desain perbaikan mesin yang dipilih untuk mesin flocking modifikasi adalah alternatif modifikasi ke 11 yang dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi untuk langkah pengembangan dalam alternatif desain yang refresentatif dengan cara menambah 1 unit meja mesin mold cone menambah 1 poros as mold cone menjadi sepasang mold cone pada meja mesin mold cone dan menganti slope pully yang sebelumnya tunggal menjadi slope pully ganda. Adanya penambahan meja mesin mold cone sehingga untuk fasilitas pada rel couple hanya ditambah 1 slope pully ganda untuk mengcouple meja mesin mold cone yang ke-3. Metode rekayasa nilai digunakan sebagai metode untuk memilih satu alternatif modifikasi pada mesin flocking modifikasi dan menganalisanya melalui tahapan lima rencana kerja yang meliputi 1 tahap informasi 2 tahap kreatif 3 tahap analisa 4 tahap pengembangan dan 5 tahap presentasi. Pada tahap analisa dipilih 7 alternatif modifikasi dari perbaikan mesin ditambah 1 desain awal dimana desain awal digunakan sebagai patokan dalam penilaian performansi. Hasil penentuan nilai pada tahap pengembangan diperoleh bahwa alternatif modifikasi ke 11 mempunyai nilai 120 dengan performansi 46253 dengan memberikan keuntungan yaitu getaran motor tidak langsung pada rel couple penghubung slope pully memudahkan dalam pengaturan rotasi putaran yang keluar dari motor bahaya sengatan aliran listrik yang diakibatkan listrik ground pada motor dapat terisolasi momen beban putaran pada slope pully lebih stabil slope pully pada poros as couple lebih stabil efesiensi penggunaan meja mesin mold cone menjadi lebih baik waktu pelayanan pengerjaan produk lebih cepat tingkat produksi menjadi tinggi dan konsentrasi operator lebih baik.


ABSTRACT

Modification flocking machine which is the creation velvet process activity selection by translating velvet process activity into the same activity but in the different arrangement. Modification flocking machine which has been adapted to this from activity has a good ability to adapt in process activity but the performance and paper cone product which made still need improvement. The decision alternative improvement which has been chosen for this modification flocking machine was the 11 modification machine. This modification alternative can be use as a recommendation on for the representation alternative design improvement by add 1 unit cone mold desk and change pully slope from single into double pully slope. This addition cone mold machine desk make the couple line only need 1 double pully slope for the 3rd cone mold machine desk couple. The value analysis method applied to choose one of modification alternative from selected modifications alternative. The alternative modification process of choosing of modification flocking machine used five job phase of value analysis include to information phase creative phase analysis phase development phase and presentation phase. From the analytic step has been choose 7 alternative modification from machine improvement included 1 original design the original design used as performance measurement point. This value determination in improvement step has been achieved that the 11 modification has value is 12 point and the performance 46253 by giving advantage that are motor vibration not directly influence the couple line connector slope pully making easier to make adjustment in the rotation spin from motor isolated electrical shock that being initiated motor electrical ground make momen torque from slope pully more stabilize slope pully in couple shaft more stabilize efficiency utility of cone mold machine desk has been increasing production time for one product because desk faster and increasing production rate also the operator concentration.
