PENGATURAN KECEPATAN MOTOR DC DENGAN KONTROL JARINGAN SYARAF TIRUAN

ABSTRAK

Jaringan syaraf tiruan telah banyak digunakan dalam sistem pengaturan proses di mana mepunyai proses yang lambat. Untuk pengaturan kecepatan motor DC di mana prosesnya cepat belum banyak yang melakukan penelitian sampai pada tahap implementasi. Karena itu pada tesis ini akan dilakukan implementasi pengaturan kecepatan motor DC dengan kontrol jaringan syaraf tiruan. Jaringan syaraf tiruan mempunyai kemampuan belajar sendiri untuk menyesuaikan harga pemberatnya agar diperoleh hubungan antara pola masukan dengan pola keluaran. Dalam mencari pemberat baru yang perlu diubah-ubah sebelum mendapatkan pemberatnya adalah gain dan learning rate. Arsitektur dan model jaringan ditentukan agar jaringan syaraf tersebut mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang diberikan. Dalam tesis ini diimplementasikan motor DC yang dikontrol dengan jaringan syaraf tiruan. Hasil dari implementasi closed loop untuk model yang diinginkan dengan time constant 15 detik respon output mempunyai time constant 2 detik dan pada saat beban berubah kontrol jaringan syaraf tiruan hams learning lagi. Karena proses learning ini lama maka proses learning ini dilakukan secara offline.


ABSTRACT

Neural networks have been applied in process control system with slow process. There is no implementation research of neural networks in fast process such as direct current motor speed regulation. Therefore in this thesis reported implementation of neural networks in direct current motor speed regulation. Neural networks has an auto learning capability depends on weight value to find relation between input and output. To determine new weight gain and learning rate must be adjusted. Architecture and networks model used for capability of neural networks in any problems. Implementation of neural networks in control of direct current motor speed reported in this thesis. In closed loop system for fixed model with time constant 1.5 seconds output response has time constant 2 seconds. Every load change neural networks relearning. Relearning act offline because worse long time.
