ABSTRAK

Biaya investasi yang tinggi dari Sistem Distribusi Kelistrikan serta peningkatan biaya energi peralatan dan tenaga kerja menyebabkan para perencana mencari metode perencanaan yang lebih efisien dan teknik untuk mengurangi biaya-biaya tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan Sistem Pakar SP dengan memanfaatkan kaidah heuristik yang diterapkan dalam perencanaan Sistem Distribusi yang meliputi penentuan lokasi gardu induk dan konfigurasi penyulang. Optimasi perencanaan dicapai dengan menerapkan prosedur gradasi konduktor. Model optimasi meliputi biaya penyulang biaya rugi-rugi energi dan jatuh tegangan sebagai fungsi luas penampang konduktor. Metode yang diusulkan berdasarkan distribusi beban yang tidak merata pada penyulang jatuh tegangan yang diijinkan pada penyulang dan pertumbuhan beban dimasa yang akan datang. Fungsi objektif dikembangkan untuk mendapatkan profil konduktor yang optimal sehingga terjadi keseimbangan antara biaya modal dan biaya rugi-rugi.


ABSTRACT

The high investment cost of electricity distribution systems and the increasing cost of energy equipment and labour has caused design engineers to look for more efficient planning methods and techniques to reduce these cost. In this research expert system by incorporating heuristic rules for determining substation location and feeder configuration of distribution system planning is developed. To reach an optimal design conductor gradation procedure is proposed . Optimisation model represent feeder cost cost of energy losses and voltage drop as function of conductor cross-section. The proposed method takes into account the non-uniform distribution of loads along the length of feeder the maximum permissible voltage drop along a feeder and also the load growth in future years of the plan period. The objective function is developed to determine the optimal conductor profile strikes a balance between the capital cost and cost of energy losses.
