PENGATURAN LAMPU LALU LINTAS DI PEREMPATAN JALAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN TEORI GRAPH

ABSTRAK

Dalam tesis ini dikaji penerapan teori graph dalam hal ini adalah graph kompatibel untuk mencari altematif penyelesaian guna mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul dalam pengaturan lampu lahi lintas di lokasi penelitian perempatan jalan Tambakboyo - jalan Mayjen Prof. DR. Mustopo - jalan Dharmawangsa. Pennasalahannya adalah mencari sebanyak mungkin arus lalu lintas dari beberapa arah yang dapat berjalan secara bersamaan dengan aman dan konsisten. Dalam bahasa graph untuk setiap titik v dari Graph Kompatibelitas Gve diinginkan subgraph lengkap terbesar K n yang memuat titik v tersebul Data dikumpulkan langsung di lokasi penelitian dengan mencatat bayaknya kendaraan yang melewati perempatan jalan selama satu minggu dan setiap harinya dibagi atas tiga waktu yaitu pagi pukul 06.30 - 08.30 WIB siang pukul 11.30 - 13.30 WIB dan sore pukul 17.00 - 19.00. Kendaraan yang dimaksud dikategorikan atas 5 jenis kendaraan yaitu mobil truckbus sepeda motor becak dan sepeda. Data lain berupa lebar jahir lebar jalan dan banyaknya jalur. Data diolah hingga diperoleh rata-rata banyaknya kendaraan yang lewat di perempatan jalan dalam satuan banyak kendaraan perjam dan dalam satuan tcujam untuk setiap jalumya nilai saturation flow atau nilai penyesuaian terhadap jenis jalan jalur dan lingkungannya nilai siklus waktu atau cycle time C lamanya lampu lalu lintas wanxa hijau menyala dan diperoleh pasangan arus lalu lintas yang kompatibel. Pasangan yang dimaksud adalah pasangan yang mencakup semua arus lalu lintas pada lokasi penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian berupa pasangan arus lalu lintas dari beberapa arah yang dapat berjalan bersamaan dengan aman dan konsisten disertai nilai siklus waktu dan lamanya lampu lalu lintas warna hijau menyala.


ABSTRACT

This thesis be examinated application of graph theory which compatible graph for seeking alternative solution to over come the problem that emerge in regulation of traffic light in researce of location in intersection of jalan Tambakboyo - jalan Mayjen Prof DR. Mustopo -jalan Dharmawangsa. The problem is looking for more possible about traffic flow from some of direction that running well gathering save and consisten. In graph leanggue each point v from compatible graph Gve to be expected in maximum complete graph K n which consist v point The data to be collective dirrecty in riset lovation which record amoun vehide that passing in intersection during one week and its day devide in to three time. Suches morning 0630 - 08.30 A.M day 1130 A.M - 01.30 P.M and afternoon 05.00 P.M - 07.00 P.M. The category of those vehicle are five success car truckbus motor cycle pedicab and bibyde. Another date is like wide lane wide way and emount of lane. The data prepared until optained amount of vehide average which passing in intersection in per hour and tcu per hour for each lane the value of saturation flow the value of cycle time C lange of traffic light in green light and optined pair of compatible traffic flow. The pair indeed the pairs include all of traffic flow in research of location. The resulte of searce is pairs of traffic flow from many ways that can get running well in gether in save and consisten induding the value of cycle time and lange of traffic light in green light and optined pair of compatible traffic flow.
