ABSTRAK

Kota Gresik sebagai pusat kegiatan tidak akan terlepas dari masalah pergerakan kendaraan ataupun pergerakan penumpang. Pergerakan kendaraan ini memerlukan sarana dan prasarana sehingga permintaan akan sarana akan meningkat seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk dan perkembangan kota. Dengan adanya peningkatan pennintaan perjalanan maka timbullah baiigkitan perjalanan. Adanya pusat - pusat keramaian juga menimbulkan permasalahan yaitu dengan adanya attraction atau tarikan perjalanan lalu lintas yang tei pusat menuju pada titik - titik tertentu pusat - pusat keramaian . Dampak lalu lintas yang timbul adalah terjadinya kemacetan pada jam - jam sibuk ketidaknyamanan pejalan kaki dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Guna mengantisipasi masalah yang terjadi akibat perkembangan tersebut maka perencanaan transportasi jalan yang baik sangat diperlukan. Jumlah penduduk dan lokasi kebutuhan jasa transportasi adalah hal - hal penting yang menjadi pertirnbangan dalam perencanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis distribusi perjalanan berdasarkan jenis inodanya apabila menggunakan metode Gravity Model. Ada tiga jenis moda yang dibahas disini yaitu angkutan umum mobil pribadi dan sepeda motor. Survey yang dilakukan dengan home inteview dan survey waktu perjalanan dengan menggunakan floating vehicle metode. Fungsi gravity model yang dilakukan adalah fungsi exponensial fungsi pangkat dan fungsi Tanner. Sedang faktor hambatannya adalah faktor hambatan waktu faktor hambatan jarak dan faktor hambatan biaya. Hasil pemodelan menunjukkan bahwa hasil terbaik untuk jenis moda angkutan umum adalah fungsi Tanner dengan faktor hambatan biaya untuk jenis moda mobil pribadi adalah fungsi Tanner dengan faktor hambatan biaya dan untuk jenis moda sepeda motor adalah fungsi exponensial dengan faktor hambatan biaya.


ABSTRACT

Gresik as the center of many activities can not avoid from the many problem like vehicle movement or passenger movement. The vehicle movement need many things to support it so the increasing number of that supporting factor will same like the growth of population and the city development. With the increasing number of travelling will increase trip production movement. Crowded population will stimulate another problem like atraction traffic that was centered on certain points the crowded places. The effect of the traffic are the jam at busy time the pedestrian will feel unconfortable and safety traffic. To antipate many problem that resulting form the development the planning of transportation is very neccesary. The number of population and location need of transportation service is the important things that be a consideration when make a plan. The purpose of this experiment is to analysis travelling distribution according to the moda variety if we use gravity model method. There are 3 kind of moda that was discused in this experiment. That is public transportation private car and motocycle. The survey that was done with home interview and the travel time survey that using floating vehicle method. The model of gravity point that was done are exponential pangkat and tunner function and the resistance factor are time factor distance factor and cost factor. The result of this modelling system show the best result to public transportation is Tunner function with cost resistance factor to private car is Tunner function with cost resistance factor and to motocycle is exponential function with cost resistance factor.
