THE ROLE OF CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTION TO CONTRACTOR ORGANIZER AT KEDIRI

Construction Development Institution is an independent and stand-alone institution based on UUD 1945 Act No. 18 Year 1999 about construction service and the rule descendant from it. In this research the writer compares of perception based on two different circumstances. First circumstances is before the LPJK founded and the others when the LPJK roled contractor organizer. The purpose of this research is to know further the supporting of LPJK to contractor organizer related to the act that has been issued. With non proportional sampling method in survey questioner have been collected from 70 respondents which are 30 small 30 average and 10 big. The data will be tested by cross tabulation and marginal homogenity test. The result of this research will show the majority role for big contractor is companys human resource productivity for average contractor is companys professionalism based on time implementation and for small contractor is companys professionalism based on cost implementation.
LPJK has changed the rule for contractor organizer related to construction institution corporation certificate prequalification contractor existence project tender project contract and the result of project.
