INSTRUMENTATION DEVELOPMENT FOR ANALYZING ABNORMAL CHANGES OF BODY ORGAN THROUGH IRIS

ABSTRAK

Analisa perubahan susunan tekstur iris mata untuk aplikasi iridologi dapat memberikan gambaran informasi kondisi kesehatan. Terdapat dua persoalan utama analisa susunan tekstur iris mata oleh praktisi iridologi yaitu diperlukan pengetahuan khusus dan proses analisa memerlukan waktu lebih lama. Pada tesis ini dibahas penerapan pengolahan citra iris mata menggunakan metode simpangan kepadatan dominan dan gray level spatial dependence untuk dapat menganalisa perubahan abnormal organ tubuh melalui iris mata yang berbasis komputer sesuai ilmu iridologi. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah akuisisi citra iris image enhancement segmentasi ekstraksi ciri dan klasifikasi. Organ-organ yang dianalisa terdiri dari jantung paru-paru kiri paru-paru kanan hati Iimpa ginjal kiri dan ginjal kanan dengan kondisi tingkat kesehatan nomal gejala dan kelainan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode simpangan kepadatan dominan kurang baik prosentase kesuksesan ginjal kanan 544 jantung 43 dan hati 13. Sedangkan metode gray level spatial dependence berhasil baik dan sangat bervariasi antara satu ciri dengan ciri lainnya. Untuk organ jantung tingkat keberhasilan antara 34 ciri Diff Entropy sampai dengan 79 ciri Sum Entropy paru-paru kiri antara 70 ciri Ang. 2nd Moment sampai dengan 73 ciri Diff Average paru-paru kanan 42 ciri Ang. 2nd Moment hati antara 72 ciri Ang. 2nd Moment dan Sum Variance sampai dengan 77 ciri Entropy limpa tingkat keberhasilan antara 79 ciri Inv. Diff Moment sampai dengan 81 ciri Kontras ginjal kiri antara 70 ciri Diff. Entropy sampai dengan 78 ciri Sum Variance dan ginjal kanan antara 71 ciri Diff. Average sampai dengan 74 ciri Sum Average.


ABSTRACT

Analysis of iris texture structure changes can give information about someones health condition. There are two main problems in analyzing iris texture structure which iridologists have firstly it requires specialized knowledge secondly the analysis process takes a long time. This research is studying about the application of iris image processing using dominant solid crossing method and gray level spatial dependence. The purpose is to analyze the abnormal changes of body organ through iris using computer. The algorithm used was iris image acquisition image enhancement segmentation texture extraction and classification. While the organ analyzed covered heart right and left lungs lever lymph right and left kidneys with health condition varied ranging from normal with symptoms to abnormal. The result shows that the percentage of success using dominant solid crossing method for right kidney 54.4 heart 43 and lever 13. While the percentage of success using gray level spatial dependence method is better for heart is around 34 Diff. Entropy Characteristics to 79 Sum Entropy Characteristics for left lung is around 70 Ang. 2nd moment Characteristics to 73 Diff. Average and for right lung is around 42 Ang. 2nd moment Characteristics lever is around 72 Ang. 2nd moment and Sum Variance to 77 Entropy Characteristics while the percentage of success for lymph is around 79 Inv. Diff. Moment Characteristics to 81 Contrast Characteristics and for left kidney is around 70 Diff. Entropy Characteristics to 78 Sum Variance Characteristics and for right kidney is around 71 Diff. Average Characteristics to 74 Sum Average Characteristics.
