RANCANG BANGUN PERANGKAT LUNAK UNTUK OPTIMASI SISTEM PENGATURAN DENGAN METODE ALGORTTMA LOGIKA FUZZY

ABSTRAK

Tuning parameter kontroller merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam suatu sistem pengendalian. Pada PID kontroller ada tiga parameter utama yang harus dituning untuk mendapatkan respon sistem yang baik ketiga parameter itu ialah Kp Ki dan Kd. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan suatu simulasi pengendalian suatu sistem dengan berbagai macam kontroller baik secara konvensional ataupun dengan menggunakan metode algoritma logika fuzzy yang mampu mentuning gain-gainnya secara otomatis yang diterapkan dalam perangkat lunak berupa simulasi editor dan pengendalian secara langsung pada perangkat keras. Kedua jenis kontroller ini disebut dengan metode Fuzzy Gain Scheduling PID Controller. Kontroller logika fuzzy mempunyai kemampuan inferensi yang berusaha meniru kemampuan manusia dalam mengambil keputusan. Kemampuan inilah yang dimanfaatkan untuk mentuning gain-gain kontroller. Algoritma kontroller yang dirancang akan diterapkan untuk mengendalikan temperatur dengan berbagai simulasi kontroller yang berbeda-beda. Dari hasil simulasi tampak bahwa strategi kontroller yang dirancang metode algoritma logika fuzzy mampu menampilkan performansi yang baik dibandingkan dengan kontroller konvensional.


ABSTRACT

Tuning parameter controller is one of the most important thing in controlling system. PID controller has three main parameters that have to be tuned to get good system response those three parameters are Kp Ki and Kd. In this research we design a simulation of controlling a system with various controller either by using conventional way or by using Fuzzy logic Algorithm method which is able to tune the gains automatically which is implemented in a software in the form of editor simulation and direct controlling of the hardware. These two controllers are called Fuzzy Gain Scheduling PID Controller. Fuzzy logic controller has an inference ability which tries to adopt human ability in making decisions. These ability is used to tune the controller gains. Controller algorithm that has been design will be implemented to control tempratures with various controller simulation. From the simulation. From the simulation result we can see thet a controller strategy that has been design Fuzzy logic Algorithm method is able to present a better performance than conventional controller.
