ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kenyataan bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap iklim organisasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan 1 untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana iklim organisasi Dinas Kimprasko di Banjarmasin 2 untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi yang terdiri dari variabel perilaku pemimpin motivasi kerja arus komunikasi pengaruh interaksi dan praktek pengambilan keputusan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang pokok adalah kuesioner didukung wawancara dan observasi di lapangan. Populasi dalam penehtian ini sebanyak 52 orang dan yang mengembalikan jawaban kuesioner atau sebagai sampel sebanyak 44 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan keadaan iklim organisasi dan analisis statistik inferensial dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel terikat terhadap variabel bebas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1 iklim organisasi Dinas Kimprasko Banjarmasin cukup mendukung karyawan untuk melakukan kegiatan dengan baik. 2 Secara simultan semua variabel dalam penelitian ini berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Secara parsial hanya variabel motivasi kerja arus komunikasi dan praktek pengambilan keputusan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Karena kepuasan kerja karyawan mempakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi kinerja suartu lembaga maka diperlukan adanya motivasi kerja yang tinggi arus komunikasi yang baik dari semua unsur organisasi yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan.


ABSTRACT

This research is done based on the fact that staff perception on organization climate is important to staff working satisfaction. The aim of this research are L to describe the organizational climate i.e. of Dinas Kimprasko in Banjarmasin 2 to find out the effect the organization climate leader behavior working motivation communication interaction and decision making practice for working satisfaction. The technique used for this research is field observation interview and questionnaire collection to get the staff perception on the subject. A total of 52 persons have been surveyed and 44 person among them are taken as sample. Descriptive statistics was used to describe the perception of the staff on organization climate broken down in to five mayor variables and working satisfaction. Inferential statistics was used to investigate correlation strougship between organization climate and working satisfaction. The research result shows that among five organization climate variables only three variables working motivation communication condition and decision making practice have significant relationships to the staffs working satisfaction.
