IMPLEMENTASI ANOVA EKA ARAH PENDUKUNG IDENTIFIKASI PERKEMBANGAN KARIER SISTEM USAHA INDUSTRI MULTI LEVEL DAN PERANCANGAN VITAL SIGN

ABSTRAK

Sistem usaha Industri Multi Level ML adalah industri yang mengembangkan usahanya melalui sinergi kerja-sama individu secara luas ke dalam sistem jaringan kerja multi level dengan teknik duplikasi dan garis sponsorisasi. Perkembangan karier Distributor dalam sistem ML adalah peningkatan kualifikasi level peringkat hierarkhi jabatan dan reward yang berhasil dicapai oleh Distributor dalam sistem ML dengan masa periode tertentu. Untuk mengetahui efektivitas sistem pengembangan karier Distributor dapat digunakan ANOVA Eka Arah yaitu sebuah metode statistik yang cukup praktis untuk analisis berbagai kondisi perlakuan dengan ukuran sampel sama dari suatu popuiasi. Dari penelitian ini hasil implementasi ANOVA Eka Arah menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas perkembangan karier Distributor level 12 - 21 secara konsisten berada pada 14 kota potensial di Indonesia. Efektivitas tertinggi di kota Jakarta dengan nilai F 174948 Signifikansi 0000 mendekati nol. Sedangkan yang terendah di kota Surakarta dengan F 2793 Signifikansi 0043. Penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan Vital Sign yaitu tanda atau pedoman penting yang dapat digunakan sebagai parameter perbandingan komparasi untuk mengukur perkembangan karier Distributor. Vital Sign dirancang berdasarkan 1 Kombinasi konsep Barisan Tak Terhingga dan Deret Tak Terhingga 2 Transaksi proporsional Tp efektif 20.000 PV tiap periode 4 Perhitungan Point Value PV dengan sistem akumulasi periodik dan 4 Pengembangan jaringan Strategi 2 Leg S2L yaitu strategi teknik pengembangan jaringan kerja dimana tiap Distributor menduplikasikan pengembangan 2 Leg. Secara matematis hasil rancangan Vital Sign memberi gambaran perkembangan karier Distributor domestik sampai dengan 28 bulan periode. Secara praktis hasil komparasi Vital Sign sesuai data penelitian dapat menunjukkan bahwa akumulasi tingkat perkembangan karier Distributor tertinggi berada di kota Jakarta terletak pada level 21 dengan tingkat perkembangan faktual TPf sebesar 355168 dalam 28 bulan periode. Sedangkan terendah di kota Surakarta dengan TPf sebesar 001583 dalam 28 bulan periode. Sebaliknya tingkat peluang usaha TPU pada level 21 di kota Jakarta sebesar 9644832 dalam 28 bulan periode. Sedangkan TPU di kota Surakarta sebesar 9998417 dalam 28 bulan periode. Implementasi ANOVA Eka Arah dan Vital Sign secara terpadu dalam penelitian ini dapat memperkuat identifikasi dan analisis perkembangan karier Distributor lebih akurat.


ABSTRACT

Multi Level ML Industrial Trade System is an Industry which develops its work by extensively individual co-operation sinergy into multi level network system with duplication technique and sponsorization line Distributor Career Devehpment in the ML system is an increasing of ranking level qualification hierarkhi position and reward for what was reached by distributor in the ML system with the current period time. To know the effectiveness of Distributor Career Development System we can use one-way ANOVA is a statistic method that was practice to analyze any treatment condition with the equal sample size from some population. From this observation the result of one-way ANOVA Implementation shows that the level of Effectiveness Distributor Career Development is 12 - 21 consistently exsist at 14 potential city in Indonesia. The highest Effctiveness point is Jakarta with the point F 174948 significant 0000 approaching zero point. While the lowest effectiveness is Surakarta with the point F 2793 significant 0043. This observation is completed by the vital sign is an Important sign or compass that can be used as proportion parameter comparison for measuring Distributor career development. Vital Sign is designed according to 1. Combination between unlimited rows and unlimited line concept 2. Effective Proporsional transaction Tp 20.000 PV for each period 3. Point Value Measurement PV with the periodically accumulation system and 4. 2 Leg Strategy S2L link development is a strategy of network development technique which each distributor duplicates 2 Leg development. Mathematically the result of Vital Sign design gives the view of domestic distributor career development to 28 months period. Practically the result of Vital Sign comparison which suitable with the observation data will show that the highest accumulation level of distributor career development is Jakarta and exsist at the 21 level with the factual development level TPf is 355168 for 28 months period. While lowest is Surakarta with TPf 001583 for 28 months period. On the contrary trade opportunity level TPu at 21 for Jakarta is 9644832 for 28 months period. While Surakartas TPu is 9998417 for 28 months period. One-way ANOVA and Vital Sign Implementation integrated in this observation can support Distributor career development identification analysis more accurate.
