SKID CONTROL ON AC MOTOR TRACTION DURING BRAKING PROCESS OF ELECTRIC RAILCAR BASE ON TORSION CONTROL WITH FUZZY LOGIC METHOD

ABSTRAK

Pada desain sistem pengereman kereta listrik parameter koefisien gesek sering kali dianggap homogen meskipun realitanya sering berubah-ubah karena faktor-faktor lain seperti perubahan cuaca ataupun keausan rel dan roda yang mana perubahan koefisien gesek ini sering menyebabkan skid pada proses pelambatan kereta yaitu kecepatan sudut putar roda lebih rendah dari kecepatan translasinya. Pada tesis ini akan dilakukan pemodelan dari inverter motor AC yang difungsikan sebagai generator dan koefisien gesek yang berubah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari torsi motor saat terjadi perubahan koefisien gesek antara roda dan rel. Karakteristik perubahan torsi dilakukan dengan metode pelacakan perubahan dVdt yang kemudian besaran perubahan tersebut di fuzzifikasi yang kemudian dilakukan inference dan defuzzyfikasi. Berdasar hasil defuzzyfikasi tersebut kemudian dilakukan koreksi permintaan torsi agar fenomena skid terjadi pada titik kerja yang diharapkan. Berdasar hasil simulasi kemudian akan dilakukan penerapan model tersebut pada plan yang berupa inverter industri dan motor AC produk Siemens dengan menggunakan fly wheel sebagai beban dan memanfaatkan microcontroller sebagai pengontrol torsi.


ABSTRACT

Commonly friction coefficient parameter assumed in homogen condition on electric railcar braking system design even this parameter always changed due to weather and also contacting area between rail and wheel in which this changing caused skid during braking process. Modelling of inverter AC motor as generator and the changing of friction coefficient be done to determine torsion characteristic during friction coefficient changed. By tracking dVdt torsion characteristic difference will determined and after that fuzzyfication inference and defuzzyfication should be done. Based on defuzzyfication result torsion request correction applied in order to keep skid fenomena appears in a range as requested. According to above simulation it will be applied on following component such inverter industry application AC motor from SIEMENS fly wheel as load and using Matlab as torsion control.
