ABSTRAK

Upaya untuk membiarkan air sungai terbebas dari pencemaran adalah dengan melakukan monitoring kualitas air tersebut meskipun dalam pelaksanaan monitoring itu sendiri banyak kendala. Seperti misalnya hasil monitoring yang selalu di bawah standart sedangkan dalam kenyataannya yang ada kualitas air sungai semakin memburuk. Banyak upaya monitoring yang telah dilakukan akan tetapi hasilnya masih belum maksimal karena dalam pelaksanaannya masih dilakukan dengan cara pengambilan sampel air sungai dari bagian tengah dari badan air. Selain itu dalam pelaksanaan monitoring kualitas air sungai tersebut jarang dilakukan bersama sama dengan pengamatan hidrodinamika yang terjadi di sungai saat itu. Hasil penelitian dengan pilot plan membuktikan bahwa perubahan konsentrasi masing-masing parameter disebabkan oleh aliran atau hidrodinamika dan biodegradasi yang terjadi pada aliran air sungai. Letak limpasan dari air limbah yang dibuang ke sungai juga memberikan pengaruh pada arah penyebaran polutan selain kecepatan dan debit dari limpasan air limbah itu sendiri. Langkah selanjutnya dilakukan penyusunan struktur model matematik aliran air di sungai yang dibangun berdasarkan pada persamaan diferensial parsial dan didasari oleh hukum dasar hidrodinamika aliran sungai yang dalam hal ini adalah persamaan kontinyuitas clan momentum. Kemudian penyelesaiannya menggunakan metode numerik beda hingga eksplisit Leap frog yang merupakan salah satu alat bantu dalam penyusunan model matematik yang dapat menjembatani struktur matematik ke arah pemograman komputer sehingga tercipta suatu model visualisasi. Hasil running model dipengaruhi oleh diskritisasi yang disusun. Semakin besar jumlah diskrit yang disusun semakin kecil kemungkinan error dan semakin besar jumlah diskritisasinya semakin bagus hasil visualisasi dari model tersebut.


ABSTRACT

The effort to allow the water of river free from the polucy can be done by monitoring eventhough there are many constrains to do it. Such as the result of the monitoring that always usually unstandard. There are many efforts that have been done but the results are still not maximal because it was done by taking the sample of the water just from the midle of the body river and it was raiely done by hydrodynamic observation that happened in the river. The result of this study by pilot plan prove that the change of the parameter concentration is caused by the hydrodynamic and the biodegradation that happen in the stream of the river. The location of discharge from the water of waste which explaned to the river has also influence to the dispertion of pollutant and the speed and the debit from discharge the water of waste itself. The next step is to compose the structure of mathematics model of water flow in the river which construst based on the partial differential equation and based on the basic low of momentum clan continuitas equation. The solution of the problem use explicite leap frog finite difference. The result of the model influenced by descritization which constructed. The increase the number of descritization the decrease the error which resulted and the performance of visualization model is getting better
