[ Description ]

Desain algoritma untuk pengendalian dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Dynamic voltage restorer digunakan untuk memperbaiki kualitas tegangan akibat tegangan kedip. Tegangan kedip dapat mengganggu kinerja dari peralatan peralatan yang kritis atau peka.Performansi DVR ditunjukkan saat terjadi gangguan hubung singkat pada sistem tenaga listrik. Gangguan yang terjadi dapat berbentuk simetris atau asimetris. Pengendali yang diusulkan adalah dengan metode jaring saraf tiruan counterpropagation. Hasil simulasi dengan menggunakan pengendali JST CP, dibandingkan dengan metode kendali proporsional integral (PI) dan pengendali fuzzy logic (FL). Proses simulasi menggunakan perangkat lunak MATLAB. Simulasi DVR dengan menggunakan metode kendali JST CP menghasilkan THD [%] (0.39 - 0.9), sedangkan dengan metode kendali PI menghasilkan THD [%] (0.56 - 1.79). Performansi perbandingan THD [%] metode kendali JST CP dan FL masing- masing (0.39- 0.79) dan (0.34- 1.13) untuk gangguan 2 fasa ke tanah, sedangkan untuk gangguan 1 fasa ke tanah masing - masing (0.4- 0.9) dan (0.38- 1.24). Performansi perbandingan THD [%] metode kendali JST CP dan FL untuk gangguan 3 fasa masing-masing (0.45 - 0.57) dan (0.41 - 0.56).

Algorithm design for controlling of dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) will be discussed in this research. Dynamic voltage restorer applied to improve quality of voltage as result of voltage sag. Voltage sag can disturb performance from critical equipments or sensitive. Performance DVR is shown when short circuit fault at electric power system occur. Fault happened is in the form of asymmetrical or symmetrical. Controller proposed is with artificial neural network counterpropagation method. Result of simulation by using controller JST CP, compared to proportional integral (PI) and fuzzy logic (FL) control method. Simulation process applies software MATLAB. Simulation DVR by using control method JST CP result a THD [%] (0.39 - 0.9), while with control method PI result a THD [%] (0.56 - 1.79). Comparison performance of THD [%} control method between JST CP and FL (0.39 - 0.79) and (0.34 - 1.13) for 2 phase to the ground fault, while for 1 phase to the ground fault (0.4 - 0.9) and (0.38 - 1.24). Comparison performance of THD [%] control method between JST CP and FL for 3 phase fault is (0.45 - 0.57) and (0.41 - 0.56) respectively.
