PENERAPAN AKAR KUADRAT PADA ENSEMBLE KALMAN FILTER ENKF

ABSTRAK

Ensemble Kalman Filter EnKF merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengestimasi suatu masalah khususnya pada model dinamik taklinear dengan menggunakan algoritma yang telah dimodifikasi dari algoritma Kalman Filter. Akar Kuadrat merupakan suatu skema yang dapat diterapkan dalam EnKF untuk mengestimasi suatu model dinamik taklinear. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan suatu kajian tentang skema Akar Kuadrat terhadap algoritma EnKF dan terbentuk suatu algoritma baru yang dinamakan dengan Akar Kuadrat-Ensemble Kalman Filter AK-EnKF. Algoritma ini diimplementasikan pada model sistem pengeboran minyak dengan mengestimasi permeabilitas dan bottom-hole pressurenya. Hasilnya nilai estimasi yang diperoleh mempunyai tingkat akurasi yang lebih baik dengan waktu komputasi yang lebih tinggi daripada menggunakan metode EnKF standar untuk setiap jumlah ensemble N.


ABSTRACT

Ensemble Kalman Filter EnKF is one of the methods to estimate a problem specially for dynamical nonlinear models by using algorithm which have been modified from Kalman Filter algorithm. Square Root is a scheme that can be applied on EnKF to estimate anykind of nonlinear dynamical problems. In this research study about Square Root schemes to EnKF algorithm and it is formed a new algorithm called Square Root for Ensemble Kalman Filter SREnKF. This algorithm is applied to the drilling oil models to estimate its permeability and bottom-hole pressure. The simulation result show that the performance of EnKF with square root is more accurate but it needs more computation time than the EnKF standard method for every amount of N.
