ABSTRAK

Telah dilakukan pembuatan dan karakterisasi Antena Mikrostrip dengan struktur satu feed line dipole Co-Planar Waveguide dan dua patch untuk repeater wifi dua arah. Parameter-parameter fisis yang dikarakterisasi meliputi VSWR Voltage Standing Wave Ratio Return Loss dan pola radiasi. Substrat yang digunakan untuk fabrikasi antena pada penelitian ini adalah FR4 dengan permitivitas relatif 447. Ukuran antenna yang digunakan adalah 70 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm dengan ukuran lebar feed line 3 mm ukuran CPW 2 mm x 20 mm ukuran dipole 4 mm x 30 mm ukuran patch 20 mm x 70 mm. Hasil karakterisasi Network Analyzer tipe HP 8753ES pada frekuensi kerja 2460 GHz adalah return loss -2368 dB dan VSWR 1140. Lebar pita frekuensi bandwidth yang terukur 290 pada range 2410 MHz hingga 2700 MHz. Nilai VSWR yang mendekati 1 pada frekuensi kerja tersebut menunjukkan bahwa daya masukan ditransmisikan hampir keseluruhan ke udara dengan porsi kecil yang di refleksikan balik ke dalam osilatorgenerator pulsa. Sedangkan return loss yang dihasilkan antena -15 dB berada pada rentang nilai yang dapat diterima untuk komunikasi dua arah.


ABSTRACT

Have been fabricated and charactericeted mikrostrip antenna one feed line CPW dipole structure and two patches as dual wifi repeater . The physical parameter which charactericeted are VSWR Voltage Standing Wave Ratio Return Loss and the radiation pattern. The Substrate was used for fabrication the antenna is FR4 with permitivitas relatively 4.47. The size of Antenna is 70 mm x 50 mm x 3 mm with the size of the feed line width of 3 mm the size of CPW 2 mm x 20 mm the size of dipole 4 mm x 30 mm the size of the patch 20 mm x 70 mm. Results of the characterization by Network Analyzer HP 8753ES type at a frequency of 2460 GHz is -23.68 dB return loss VSWR and 1140. The bandwith which measured is 290 for range 2410 MHz until 2700 MHz. VSWR value is near 1 in the frequency of work shows that the power input transmitted to almost the entire air with a small portion of the reflection back to the oscillator generator pulse. While the result of return loss of the antenna is less then -15 dB where the range is acceptable values for the two-way communication.
