ABSTRAK

Pada penelitian ini telah didesain dan dibuat antena mikrostrip loop dengan feed line mikrostrip feed line dua lapis substrat untuk frekuensi kerja CBand. Langkah pertama ditentukan besaran-besaran fisis yang mempengaruhi kinerja antena Mikrostrip loop. Kemudian dilakukan fabrikasi antena mikrostrip loop berdasarkan ukuran-ukuran yang telah ditentukan dengan variasi patch. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa antena mikrostrip loop dengan ukuran loop 228 cm x 165 cm 114 cm x 073 cm slot dengan ukuran 228 cm x 165 cm dan patch yang berukuran 228 cm x 165 cm mempunyai unjuk kerja yang optimal dengan frekuensi kerja 49267 MHz return loss -2545 VSWR 111 dan bandwidth sebesar 3104 MHz. Hal ini berarti antena tersebut sesuai perancangan dan dapat bekerja pada range C-Band 4 MHz 6 MHz.


ABSTRACT

This research had been designed and made microstrip loop antenna with feed line using microstrip feed line on two layers of substrat for C-band communication. The first step had been determined by quantities of physics that influenced microstrip loop antenna performance then it had been done fabrication of microstrip loop antenna based on dimensions that had been determined with patch variations. The result of measurement showed that the microstrip loop antenna with loop dimension 2.28 cm x 1.65 cm 1.14 cm x 0.73 cm slot with dimension 2.28 cm x 1.65 cm and patch with dimension 2.28 cm x 1.65 cm had optimal performance with frequency 492668 MHz return loss -2545 reflection coeficient 0.053 VSWR 1.11 and bandwidth 3104 MHz. It meant that the microstrip loop antenna suitable for design and it can work to C-band range 4 MHz 6 MHz.
