ABSTRAK

Tuberkulosis TB adalah jenis penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kejadian TB meningkat secara drastis pada dekade terakhir ini diseluruh dunia. Indonesia menempati urutan ketiga setelah India dan China dalam hal jumlah penderita di antara 22 negara dengan masalah TB terbesar di dunia. Berdasarkan kenyataan ini penyakit TB bagi Indonesia sangat menghawatirkan maka dipelajari dinamik dari penyakit ini terutama penyebaran Tuberculosis TB dengan tingkat perkembangan cepat dan lambat. Analisis dinamik ini meliputi kestabilan dan bifurkasinya yang dipengaruhi oleh ambang batas terjadi tidaknya epidemik dan faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi ambang batas tersebut. Dan diperoleh populasi terhindar dari infeksi TB pada saat R0 8804 1 dan individu yang terinfeksi TB bertambah pada saat R0 1. Bertambahnya epidemik tergantung pada frekuensi kontak dengan penderita pada masa penularan baik pada tingkat perkembangan cepat perkembangan lambat maupun masa penyembuhan.


ABSTRACT

Tuberculosis TB be contagion type which caused by bacterium mycobacterium tuberculosis. Case of TB increases drastically at last decade whole world. Indonesia occupies third sequence after India and China in the case of patient amounts between 22 states with the biggest tuberculosis problem in world. Based on this reality TB desease for Indonesia hardly worrying hence studied to be dynamic from this disease especially spreading of tuberculosis with fast and slow progression. This dynamic analysis covers the stability and bifurcation influenced by boundary threshold happened its epidemic and factor - factor influencing the boundary threshold. Then this is obtained population protected from infection TB at the time of R0 8804 1 and individual infection by TB to increase at the time of R0 1. Increasing epidemic depend on contact frequency with patient during good infection at development level quickly slow development and also a period of healing.
