ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini merupakan desain real dari sistem pengaturan kecepatan primemover skala laboratorium. Dalam penelitian ini primemover menggunakan motor arus searah DC penguatan terpisah dan menggunakan Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System ANFIS sebagai kontroler.Untuk membuat putaran tetap konstan dengan beban yang berubah-ubah maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesain sebuah kontroler yang berbasis primemover agar putaran motor tetap konstan cepat stabil tidak terjadi overshoot dan tidak terjadi osilasi pada beberapa kondisi pembebanan. Untuk bisa melihat keandalan desain kontroler dari penelitian yang dilakukan maka hasilnya akan dibandingkan dengan kontroler Proporsional Integral yang sering dipergunakan dalam pengaturan primemover. Berdasarkan hasil implementasi pengontrolan ANFIS menghasilkan parameter transient yaitu settling time 15 detik rise time 199 detik delay time1 detik time constant 2 detik dan maksimum overshoot 0. Sedangkan pada kondisi berbeban kontroler memiliki waktu pemulihan 34 detik.


ABSTRACT

In this research a prime mover speed control system in lab. Scale will be designed. DC motor is used as prime mover and a controller based on ANFIS will be developed. The aim of this research is to design a controller based on ANFIS to give constant prime mover speed more faster to stable no overshoot and no oscillation in the change of load. The performance of resulted controller will be compared with integral proportional controller which are usually used in prime mover control. Based on the results of the implementation of the ANFIS controller parameters transient the settling time 15 seconds rise time 199 seconds the delay time 1 seconds the time constant 2 seconds and maximum overshoot 0 . Meanwhile on the load condition controllers have a recovery time 34 seconds.
