ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini mengembangkan suatu model Multi-Product Inventory Ship Routing Problem m-ISRP untuk menentukan jadwal dan rute kapal tanker dengan ukuran kapasitas yang heterogen dan memiliki beberapa kompartemen serta untuk menetukan kuantitas pengiriman untuk memenuhi kebutuhan permintaan beberapa produk di masing-masing lokasi customer. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari model adalah untuk meminimumkan total biaya sistem namun dengan tetap menjamin inventory level di tiap customer tidak terjadi stocked out. Dalam model penelitian ini dipertimbangkan pula salah satu kajian dari permasalahan Tank Allocation Problem TAP yakni batasan kompatibilitas. Batasan ini membatasi produk-produk yang memiliki karakteristik khusus yang saling tidak kompatibel tidak dapat dikirimkan pada kompartemen yang bersebelahan atau tidak dapat dimuat dengan menggunakan kapal yang sama secara bersama-sama. Permasalahan dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Mixed Integer Linear Programming MILP dan model diselesaikan dengan teknik Branch-and-Bound dengan bantuan software. Dari hasil percobaan numerik yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa pertama model yang dikembangkan dapat memenuhi batasan-batasan kompatibiltas dalam pemuatan produk yang diterapkan pada suatu masalah dan kedua dikethui adanya indikasi penerapan batasan kompatibilitas akan mempengaruhi proses pencarian solusi terhadap permasalahan model.


ABSTRACT

In this study we develop a model of Inventory Ship Routing Problem ISRP for determining schedule and route of heterogenous tanker and also determining quantities of shipment to meet product demand at each customer location. The objective of the problem is to minimize total cost but also ensures the inventory level remains at every port will not be stocked out. Our model also considers one of discussion in Tank Allocation Problem TAP which is product loading compatibility constraint. The constraint restrict the products that have incompatible characteristics with each other can not be loaded into the adjacent compartment or can not be loaded by using the same ship. We formulated our model into Mixed Integer Linear Programmming MILP. Furthermore our model was solved by branch and bound technique with the help of optimization software. From the result of numerical experiments it showed first the model can satisfy product loading compatibility constraints that was applied to a problem and second there is an indication of the application of compatibility constraints will affect the process of finding solution to the problems of the model.
