ABSTRAK

Sistem hybrid pada kendaraan roda dua adalah suatu sistem yang menggunakan dua atau lebih sumber tenaga penggerak. Pada tesis ini penulis mengembangkan sebuah prototipe pengembangan teknologi pengendali switching pada kendaraan hybrid roda dua dengan menggunakan mesin Yamaha Nouvo 110 cc dan motor listrik 48 Volt dc 12 Ah. Sistem hybrid yang dirancang dikembangkan menjadi suatu sistem full automatic sehingga pemindahan daya bekerja secara otomatis sesuai dengan kecepatan. Sistem pengendalian dilakukan menggunakan komponen-komponen hybrid dengan pengendali suatu mikrokontroler yang berbasis program pengendali logic Logic Control Programming yang bekerja sesuai dengan setpoint yang diinginkan yaitu berdasarkan masukan berupa kecepatan translasi dari roda yang diterima. Hasil pengujian didapatkan penggunaan tenaga penggerak motor terjadi pada kecepatan 0 sampai 37 kmjam sedangkan penggunaan tenaga penggerak engine terjadi pada kecepatan diatas 37 kmjam. Konsumsi bahan bakar yang dapat dihemat pada kecepatan dibawah 33 kmjam adalah sebesar 38.6 dari satu siklus dengan variasi kecepatan unit ramp persatuan waktu detiksekon


ABSTRACT

Hybrid system on two wheels vehicle is a system that uses two or more sources of propulsions. In this thesis the author developed a prototype switching controller technology development on two-wheel hybrid vehicle using Yamaha Nouvo 110 cc engine and electric motor 12 Ah 48 Volt dc. Hybrid system that is designed developed into a full-automatic system so the power to work automatically according to speed. Control system was carried out using hybrid component with a microcontroller bases program logic controller Programming Logic Control which works in accordance with the desired set point is based on the input of translational velocity of the wheel that accepted. The test results obtained using propulsion motors occur at speeds of 0 to 37 kmh while the use of propulsion engines occur at speeds above 37 kmhr. Fuel consumption can be saved at speeds below 33 kmh amounted to 38.6 from one cycle by varying the speed of ramp units unity of time second
