Penelitian image processing dibidang wajah semakin banyak dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat aplikasi pendeteksian dan penjejakan wajah menggunakan kamera Pan-Tilt-Zoom atau PTZ tipe Samsung SPD1000. Pendeteksian wajah dilakukan dengan dengan menggunakan metode
gabungan antara metode Haar dengan metode Continously Adaptive Mean-Shift. Kamera PTZ dapat mengikuti posisi pergerakan wajah dan mempertahankan ukuran wajah pada batas ukuran tertentu dengan menggunakan metode Adaptive
Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System, ANFIS, sebagai salah satu pendekatan sistem kontrol kamera PTZ.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode online ANFIS feedback linearization dimana memberikan kontribusi terhadap sistem penjejakan wajah yang dapat melakukan pembelajaran secara online bersamaan dengan berjalannya proses penjejakan wajah sehingga metode ini tidak memerlukan tuning secara
manual seperti metode konvensional P.I.D. Hasil akhir yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan ANFIS tiga masukan dan tiga keluaran menjadi online ANFIS feedback linearization
berdasarkan hasil pengujian adalah diperoleh waktu rata-rata pencapaian 2 detik sampai 10 detik, dengan steady state error rata-rata 3% sampai 8% . Sistem masih dapat mengikuti posisi wajah kandidat dengan pergerakan kandidat yang lebih cepat dan lebih lambat dari waktu pencapaian dengan cukup baik

Image processing research in the face more and more developed. This research aims to create an application on face detection and tracking using Pan-
Tilt-Zoom or PTZ Camera SPD 1000. Face detection do with Haar method and Continously Adaptive Mean-Shift method. PTZ camera can follow the position of facial movements using ANFIS (adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) as one of the PTZ camera control system. This research was conducted using online ANFIS feedback linearization which contributed to the face tracking system that can perform online learning with face tracking process so that passage of this method requires no manual
tuning of conventional methods such as P.I.D.
The final result achieved from this research is the development of the three ANFIS inputs and three outputs to be online ANFIS feedback linearization based test results are obtained when the average achievement of two seconds to 10 seconds, with a steady state an average error of 3% to 8%. The system can still follow the position of candidate\'s face with the movement of candidates faster and
slower than the achievement of time quite well.
