STUDY ANALYSIS ON FLOOD USING TECHNOLOGY OF REMOTE SENSING AND GEOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION SYSTEM IN BOJONEGORO DISTRIC

ABSTRAK

Kejadian banjir di Kabupaten Bojonegoro ini sering terjadi setiap tahun pada waktu musim penghujan. Kejadian banjir terbesar di Kabupaten Bojonegoro terjadi pada Desember 2007 kejadian banjir tersebut menimbulkan terendamnya ribuan hektar areal pertanian dan ribuan rumah warga banjir yang terjadi di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dikarenakan oleh meluapnya sungai Bengawan Solo penyebab banjir bandang karena hulu sungai tersebut berasal dari pengunungan kapur selatan yang curah hujannya tinggi. Menginggat kejadian banjir mengakibatkan kerugian yang besar maka perlu adanya kajian untuk menganalisa potensi rawan banjir di wilayah Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penentuan zona daerah rawan banjir menggunakan integrasi Citra Landsat ETM 7 dan Peta RBI menghasilkan informasi penutupan lahan jaringan jalan jaringan sungai dan Digital Elevation Model DEM. Data tersebut dikombinasikan dengan data histori banjir untuk menghasilkan peta limpasan banjir. Selanjutnya dengan analisa SIG yaitu overlay data dan network analyst dapat dibuat peta visualisasi limpasan dan genangan air hujan sehingga dapat diketahui luasan dan faktor penyebab terjadinya genangan. Dari hasil integrasi Citra Landsat ETM7 dan Peta RBI diketahui bahwa area dampak limpasan air permukaan dan genangan air hujan seluas 9.51435 Ha meliputi 10 kecamatan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang terdiri dari Kecamatan Soko Kecamatan Kanor Kecamatan Kepohbaru Kecamatan Sumberejo Kota Bojonegoro Kecamatan Trucuk Kecamatan Kasiman Kecamatan Kalitidu Kecamatan Malo dan Kecamatan Padangan. Faktor penyebab area limpasan air permukaan dan genangan air hujan tersebut disebabkan oleh kontur daerah studi yang relatif rendah yaitu 0-10 meter.


ABSTRACT

Flood occurrence in Bojonegoro often happens every year during the rainy season. The largest flood in Bojonegoro occurred in December 2007 it drowned thousands hectares of agricultural area and thousands of homes it was caused by the overflow of Solo river. Causing flash floods because of the upstream rivers that is derived from south limestone mountains has high rainfall. Considering flood occurrence resulted huge losses it is necessary to analyze the potential for flooding in Bojonegoro district. The determination of flood zone areas using the integration of Landsat ETM 7 and visual map of the earth produce land cover information road networks river networks and Digital Elevation Model DEM. The data is combined with historical data to produce flood runoff maps. With the use of GIS analysis namely the overlay data and network analyst can be made the visualization maps and puddles of rainwater runoff so that it can be known the extent and causes of the inundation. The integration of Landsat ETM 7 and visual map of the earth produce land cover information extent of flood is 9.51435 Ha there are 10 subdistric at distric Bojonegoro are subdistric Baureno Subdistric Kanor Subdistric Kepohbaru Subdistric Sumberejo Bojonegoro City Subdistric Trucuk Subdistric Kasiman Subdistric Kalitidu Subdistric Malo dan Subdistric Padangan. Based on the visualization surface rub off map and retention of rain with the cause and effect illustrate that the area has low contour level along Sungai Bengawan Solo
