[ Description ]

Salah satu jenis khusus model spasial autoregressive adalah model Spatial Durbin Model (SDM), dimana terdapat pengaruh lag variabel dependen maupun independen. Model ini dikembangkan dengan alasan dalam beberapa kasus, hubungan dependensi dalam spasial tidak hanya terjadi pada variabel dependen, tetapi juga pada variabel independen. Pada pengkajian estimasi parameter, proses tersebut dilakukan melalui gabungan metode Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) dan Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Namun untuk estimasi dilakukan juga proses optimalisasi dari fungsi likelihood. Estimator memiliki sifat unbiased, konsisten, dan efisien. Estimator memiliki sifat biased, konsisten, dan efisien. Pemodelan antara kejadian diare dan faktor yang mempengaruhi di Kabupaten Tuban, Jawa Timur melalui SDM menunjukkan bahwa secara umum dependensi lag pada variabel dependen dan independen signifikan berpengaruh. Pada pemodelan pertama dengan adanya lag variabel dependen dan independen, variabel yang signifikan berpengaruh pada α = 5 persen adalah variabel sumber air minum dan rasio jumlah tenaga medis dengan penduduk, serta lag variabel sumber air minum, lag variabel rasio jumlah puskemas dengan penduduk, dan lag variabel rasio jumlah tenaga medis dengan penduduk. Lag variabel dependen kejadian diare signifikan berpengaruh pada α = 20 persen.

A special case in autoregressive spatial model is Spatial Durbin Model (SDM), which added lag effect of dependent and independent variable. It was developed because at the many cases, the spatial dependencies not only in the dependent variable, but also from independent variable. In reviewing of the estimation parameter, this process was done by combination of Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) and Ordinary Least Square (OLS). But, the estimation for lag of dependent variable was done by optimization likelihood function process. Estimation independen variable has unbiased, consistent, and efficien character. Estimation varians has biased, consistent, and efficien character. Modelling in incidence of diarrhea and factors influencing in Tuban Regency, East Java, by the SDM showed that in general dependency lag of the dependent and independent variable are significant. In the first model with the lag of dependent and independent variables, the variables that significantly affect at α = 5 percent are the drinking water source and the ratio of number of medical personnel by population. Also lag of the drinking water source, lag of the ratio of the number of puskesmas by population, and lag of the ratio the number of medical personnel by population. Lag of diarrhea dependen variable is significant at α = 20 percent.
