[ Description ]

Pemilihan logistic service provider merupakan Permasalahan multi kriteria yang didalamnya melibatkan kriteria kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Perkembangan industri jasa perdagangan/trading Khususnya produk petrokimia/kimia dan LPG sangat ditentukan dari dukungan jasa perusahaan logistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kriteria-kriteria logisitic provider dan memilih alternatif logistic provider yang ideal bagi perusahaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan PT. EPT adalah bagaimana memilih logistic provider yang ideal dalam mendukung aktifitas bisnis perusahaan. Dalam mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan untuk memilih logistic service provider, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan pendekatan Fuzzy ANP dan TOPSIS (Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution). Metode Fuzzy ANP digunakan untuk membobotkan kriteria berdasar fuzzy pairwise comparison dan nilai bobot yang masih berbentuk fuzzy number di ubah menjadi non fuzzy (defuzzyfikasi) dari metode Liou dan Wang. Kemudian nilai bobot di input ke metode TOPSIS untuk meranking alternatif perusahaan logistic service provider. Analisa sensitifitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa sensitif perubahan ranking alternatif jika bobot kriteria mengalami perubahan. Dari studi kasus diperoleh, setelah melalui preliminary screening terhadap kriteria-kriteria yang diajukan, diperoleh hasil 9 kriteria dan 3 alternatif logistic provider yang terpilih sebagai bahan evaluasi.

Logistic provider selection problem is a multi-criteria problem with qualitative and quantitative criteria. The success of trading business for petrochemical/chemical and LPG products are depend on the support of logistic service provider. This research aims to selection an important criteria and an alternatives of logistics service provider. Problems that PT.EPT company involves were the difficulty of selection the best logistic provider that suitable for handle the chemical logistic activity for the company. In order to aid the decision making process for selecting the logistic serviceprovider, this research proposed an integrated of Fuzzy Analytic Network Process and TOPSIS (Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) model. The Fuzzy ANP model is proposed to weight the criteria relevant based on fuzzy pairwise comparison. The criteria weights are calculated as the triangular fuzzy numbers and these weights by then are defuzzyfied by Liou and Wang method. The weight results is an input model for the TOPSIS application, where a rank of alternatives of logistic service provider could be listed. In term of sensitivity analysis results highlight the critical aspects of evaluation criteria for achieving desired level of logistic service provider. In doing so, a case study based on the implementation of model could be proceed within 3 alternatives feasible logistic service provider and 9 criteria considered to take the evaluation.
