ANALISA OPERASIONAL WADUK WONOREJO SEBAGAI WADUK SERBAGUNA MENGGUNAKAN PROGRAM DINAMIK

OPERASIONAL ANALYSIS RESERVOIR WONOREJO FOR MULTIPURPOSE RESERVOIR WITH USE DYNAMIC PROGRAM

ABSTRAK

Waduk Wonorejo merupakan salah satu waduk di Sungai Brantas Hulu tepatnya terletak di Kali Gondang kurang lebih 16 km sebelah barat Kota Tulungagung tepatnya di Desa Wonorejo Kecamatan Pagerwojo. Waduk ini berfungsi sebagai waduk tahunan yang dioperasikan sebagai penyuplai ketersediaan air di daerah Surabaya dan sekitarnya sebesar 802 m3detik pembangkit tenaga listrik sebesar 6020 MW dan pengendali banjir untuk daerah Tulungagung. Waduk Wonorejo mulai dioperasikan tahun 2002 waduk ini diharapkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat Tulungagung dan sekitarnya sebagai waduk serbaguna sehingga perlu analisa operasional waduk yang lebih teliti. Dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan karakteristik inflow dan outflow menentukan parameter-parameter yang mempengaruhi pembentukan model menetukan bentuk model analisa operasional waduk dan menganalisa tingkat efektifitas yang dihasilkan dari model terhadap kondisi aktualnya. Penelitian ini diawali dengan studi literatur pengumpulan data analisa data pembentukan model dengan dynamic programming dan yang terakhir evaluasi model. Dimana dalam penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa operasional Waduk Wonorejo sebagai waduk serbaguna. Serta dapat digunakan sebagai dasar teori untuk sistem pengoperasian waduk di daerah lain yang mempunyai permasalahan yang sama. Hasil analisa dengan menggunakan dynamic programming untuk kapasitas waduk efektif 122 x 106 m3 yaitu 6306 memenuhi kebutuhan untuk water suply ke Surabaya sedangkan untuk hydro power sebesar 928 memenuhi kebutuhan PLTA untuk Tulungagung dan sekitarnya.


ABSTRACT

Wonorejo Reservoir is one of the reservoir in the Upper Brantas River that is located precisely at the Gondang river approximately 16 miles west of Tulungagung at Wonorejo Village in Pagerwojo Sub-district. This reservoir serves as a reservoir which is operated as a suppliers annual water availability in Surabaya and its surrounding area of 8.02 m3second power of 6.020 MW of electricity and flood control for areas Tulungagung. Wonorejo Reservoir began operation in 2002 the reservoir is expected to meet the needs of the community and surrounding areas as reservoirs Tulungagung people so it needs to analyze more thoroughly the operational reservoir. In solving the problems of this study to determine the characteristics of the inflow and outflow to determine the parameters which influence the formation of the model determine the form of reservoir operational analysis model and analyze the resulting level of effectiveness of the model with actual conditions. This research initiated with the study of literature collection data analysis data building model with dynamic programming and a final evaluation of the model. Where in this research to analyze operational Wonorejo Reservoir as a multipurpose reservoir. And then can be used as the basis for the theory of operation reservoir systems in other areas that have the same problem. Results of analysis using dynamic programming for effective reservoir capacity 122 x 106 m3 which is 63.06 meet for water supply to Surabaya while for 92.8 meet of hydro power to Tulungagung and surrounding areas.
