ABSTRAK

Jawa Timur merupakan sebuah Propinsi Indonesia yang kuat secara ekonomi. Ketersediaan jasa transportasi berkorelasi positif dengan kegiatan ekonomi pembangunan dalam masyarakat. Perlu adanya pemetaan arus barang matriks asal tujuan sebagai upaya pengembangan infrastruktur transportasi laut. Untuk penelitian ini pembagian zona disesuaikan dengan batas wilayah atau daerah yang memiliki pelabuhan laut yang menampung pergerakan angkutan barang antar pulau dan pembagian zona Propinsi Jawa Timur Berbasis KabupatenKota yang menampung pergerakan angkutan barang dari sisi darat. Tujuan studi adalah membuat model distribusi pergerakan angkutan barang non petikemas dan meramalkan untuk 5 tahun ke depan Pada Studi ini merupakan langkah awal dalam mewujudkan pembangunan transportasi laut di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Dalam studi ini menggunakan metode sintetis gravity model dengan fungsi hambatan power dan eksponensial serta berdasarkan variabel ekonomi dibandingkan dengan metode furness. Hasil matriks asal tujuan sebagai hasil identifikasi pergerakan angkutan barang pelabuhan laut di Propinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil penelitian ini matriks yang menggambarkan asal tujuan perjalanan barang dengan mengindetifikasi pola pergerakan asalKan tujuan angkutan barang yang terklasifikasi dalam komoditas. Analisa pemodelan dengan metode Gravity Model dengan hasil model yang terbaik yang akan menjadi model terpilih. Model terbaik dipilih nilai SSE Sum Square Error yang terkecil dari hambatan fungsi eksponensial-negatif dan power yang mendekati model Dari hasil analisis dengan Gravity Model tanpa batasan terpilih sebagai model adalah fungsi hambatan eksponensial dengan hambatan jarak. Analisis pemodelan gravity dapat dirumuskan Tij 1x10-5.Ei.Ej.EXP0.0000007.Cij Ei dan Ej dengan parameter ekonomi zona asal dan zona tujuan. Untuk angkutan barang non petikemas dengan komoditas utama teratas adalah CPO Crude Palm Oil pupuk dan semen.


ABSTRACT

East Java is a province of Indonesia which is strong economically. Availability of transportation services has positive correlation to community development economic. It need mapping of origin destination matrix freight flow as development efforts of marine transport infrastructure. In this study zoning distribution is adjusted with region boundaries or district which has port to receive freight transport movement inter island and zoning distribution of east java based on region which could receive non container freight transport movement in the land side. The purpose of the study is to create a model of the distribution of noncontainer freight transport movement and predict for the next 5 years. This study is the first step to actualize marine transportation at the Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya . In this study use a synthetic gravity model with the constraints of power and exponential functions and based on economic variables whicht is compared with furness method. It will obtain origin destination matrix as a result of the identification of the movement of freight sea port in East Java. The results of this study is a matrix that describes the origin destination of the freight transport by identifying the origin and destination of freight transport movement scheme which is dasificated in commodities. Modeling analysis of the Gravity model modeling method with the results of the best models that will be the model selected. The best model selected value of SSE Sum Square Error is the smallest of deterrence function exponential and power approaching models From the analysis of the gravity model without limitation the model is chosen as barriers exponential function with distance constraints. Analysis of the gravity modeling can be formulated Tij 1x10-5.Ei.Ej.EXP 0.0000007.Cij Ei and Ej with economic parameters zones and zone objectives. For non-container freight transport with top main commodity is CPO Crude Palm Oil fertilizer and cement.
