ABSTRAK

Kebisingan lingkungan yang berdurasi 24 jam dapat beresiko merambat ke dalam bangunan melalui bukaan di dinding fasad pada bangunan rawat inap berpenghawaan alami. Pada lingkungan bangunan rawat inap Seruni RSUD Dr.Soetomo Surabaya terdapat beberapa sumber kebisingan dari ruang tunggu koridor dan lahan parkir yang beresiko merambat ke dalam bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi desain dan material terhadap kemampuan dinding fasad bangunan rawat inap berpenghawaan alami dalam menginsulasi kebisingan dari luar bangunan sekaligus menyediakan penghawaan alami. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksperimen dengan bantuan perhitungan matematis dan simulasi aplikasi komputer AIOLOS untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Eksperimen didasarkan pada data pengukuran lapangan selama 24 jam di lokasi obyek penelitian. Parameter akustik yang diteliti adalah kemampuan transmission loss dinding fasad sedangkan parameter penghawaan alami memperhatikan pergantian udara dan kecepatan angin. Kebutuhan insulasi kebisingan dari luar dan penghawaan alami sulit dipenuhi secara bersamaan. Kebutuhan insulasi kebisingan dan penghawaan saling bertolak belakang. Dari eksperimen diketahui keberadaan bukaan penghawaan merugikan secara akustik namun membawa implikasi positif secara penghawaan alami. Setiap peningkatan luas bukaan penghawaan sebanyak dua kali lipat dari luasan sebelumnya mengakibatkan penurunan kemampuan insulasi rata-rata 15 dari kemampuan sebelumnya. Namun dengan peningkatan luasan bukaan penghawaan yang sama berimplikasi pada meningkatnya pergantian udara dan kecepatan angin rata-rata tiga kali lipat dari kondisi sebelumnya. Perbedaan material dinding fasad mempengaruhi perbedaan kemampuan insulasi kebisingannya pada frekuensi 125 250 dan 500 Hz saja. Pada frekuensi 1000 2000 dan 4000 Hz perbedaan yang terjadi tidak terlalu signifikan.


ABSTRACT

Environmental noise that lasts 24 hours may risk to transmit into the building through openings in faades wall on natural ventilated wards. Outside Seruni wards in Dr Soetomo public hospital Surabaya there are several sources of noise from the lounge corridors and parking area which have risk to transmit into the building. This study aims to determine the effect of design and material modifications to the buildings faade wall of natural ventilated hospital building in minimizing the propagation of noise from outside the building while providing natural ventilation. Research methodology used is experiment with the help of mathematical calculations and computer simulation AIOLOS to achieve the research objectives. Experiments based on field measurement data for 24-hour on-site research object. Acoustic parameters studied were the ability of the faade wall transmission loss while natural ventilation parameters consider air change and wind speed. The needs of external noise insulation and natural ventilation are difficult to fulfill simultaneously. Noise insulation and ventilation needs was contradictory. From experiments known that openings have negative effect to noise insulation capability but have positive implications for natural ventilation. Each area of openings increase twice from previous area resulted in the decreased ability of the insulation on average 15 from previous abilities. However with the same increment of opening area increased air change and wind speeds threefold from previous conditions. Material differences affect on differences noise insulation capabilities at frequencies 125 250 and 500 Hz only. At frequencies 1000 2000 and 4000 Hz differences are not too significant.
