ABSTRAK

Pola tata letak bangunan di permukiman padat yang saling berdekatan menyebabkan terang langit terhalangi sehingga kuantitas pencahayaan alami yang masuk ke tiap bangunan berkurang. Bentuk bangunan yang kompak mengakibatkan keterbatasan jumlah bukaan pada selubung bangunan yang dapat menerima pencahayaan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bentukpola konfigurasi bangunan yang sudah ada mencari hubungan dan pengaruh antara pola konfigurasi bangunan dengan pencahayaan alami serta mencari pola tata letak dan bentuk bangunan untuk mendapatkan pencahayaan alami yang cukup dan mencapai kualitas yang baik sehingga mampu mendukung aktifitas di dalam bangunan. Metode penelitian eksperimental dengan teknik simulasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variabel tata letak dan bentuk mempengaruhi kinerja pencahayaan alami pada bangunan. Teknik simulasi pencahayaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Ecotect v5.2. Kinerja pencahayaan alami diukur dengan Daylight Factor dan uniformity rasio. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kecenderungan peningkatan kinerja akibat pola tata letak dengan jarak bangunan lebih jauh dan kecenderungan penurunan kinerja pada bentuk ruang dengan shape index yang lebih besar. Pola konfigurasi bangunan yang optimal untuk memperoleh pencahayaan alami adalah tipe tata letak B pada jarak 10m terhadap bangunan lain di sisi depan dan 15m di bagian belakang dengan bentuk denah S Model 3. Kinerja pencahayaan optimal terjadi pada Model 3 tipe tata letak B dengan DF ruang tamu 261 rasio uniformity 22 DF ruang tidur 1 106 rasio uniformity 163 DF ruang tidur 2 086 rasio uniformity 21.


ABSTRACT

Layout patterns in high density residential buildings are adjacent to each other. It cause the quantity of daylight is reduced. Compact building has limited number of openings on its envelope that can receive daylighting. The aim of this study are evaluating the configuration pattern of existing buildings explaining the relationship and influence between building configuration with daylighting and searching for the layout pattern and shape of the building which is get optimum of daylighting and achieve good quality to support activities inside the building. Experimental research methods with simulation techniques was conducted to determine the extent variables which affect on daylighting performance on simple residential building. Lighting simulation technique is using by software Ecotect v5.2. Performance indicators of the experiment is Daylight Factor and uniformity ratio. Results of this study showed a trend of increasing the DF value in pattern layout with farther distance and a trend of decreasing the DF value in the shape of roombuilding with a larger shape index. Layout type B at a distance of 10 m to the other buildings in the front and 1.5 in the rear with a shape S Shape Index 0762 is the pattern of building configuration to obtain optimal daylighting. Optimal lighting performance occurs in Model 3 type layout B with DF of living room 261 uniformity ratio 22 DF of bedroom 1 106 uniformity ratio 1.63 DF of bedrooms 2 0.86 uniformity ratio 21.
