EVALUATION OF ECO CAMPUS-BASED PROGRAMS CUMULATIVE VALUE OF CARBON DIOXIDE CONCENTRATION OF AMBIENT AIR Net_CO2-Con

ABSTRAK

ITS mencanangkan program Eco Campus yang memiliki arti kampus yang aman atau ramah terhadap lingkungan. Jika dilihat dari konsentrasi CO2 udara ambient yang ada di lahan kampus ITS Eco Campus nilai Net_CO2-Con diharap bernilai negatif atau nol. Penelitian ini akan menetapkan nilai Net_CO2-Con dari berbagai zona RTH lahan parkir dan ruang perkantoranruang kuliah serta peruntukkan lahan di area kampus ITS mengidentifikasi variabel dan parameter yang signifikan dengan nilai Net_CO2-Con dari lahan kampus ITS serta mengukur keberhasilan penerapan Program Eco Campus yang dicanangkan oleh ITS. Penelitian dilakukan secara observasi pada bulan Januari sampai April 2014. Pengamatan lainnya adalah temperatur kelembaban kecepatan angin arah angin kadar air tanah serta karakteristik tutupan lahan gedung laboratorium vegetasi dll. Penelitian ini menggunakan metoda numerik untuk deferensi dan integrasi data seri waktu konsentrasi dalam menetapkan nilai Net_CO2-Con. Diperoleh nilai Net_CO2Con rata-rata saat hujan sebesar 41298 ppmV sedangkan nilai Net_CO2-Con rata-rata saat panas sebesar -2588 ppmV. Hal ini berarti nilai kumulatif konsentrasi CO2 di udara ambien pada wilayah tersebut memiliki banyak vegetasi penampakan hijau vegetasi karena adanya serapan CO2 yang lebih tinggi daripada emisi.Faktor temperatur udara kadar air tanah kelembaban udara dan kecepatan angin sangat berpengaruh terhadap konsentrasi CO2. Sehingga nilai kumulatif konsentrasi CO2 di udara ambient Net_CO2-Con sangat dipengaruhi oleh nilai konsentrasi CO2 itu sendiri.


ABSTRACT

ITS launched a program of Eco Campus which means the campus safe or friendly to the environment. When viewed from the ambient air CO2 concentration in the field of ITS campus Eco Campus Net_CO2-Con expected value is negative or zero. This study will establish the value of Net_CO2-Con from the various zones green space parking lots and office space lecture space as well as in the area of land designated campus ITS identifying significant variables and parameters with the value of the land Net_CO2-Con campus ITS as well as the measure of success application program Eco Campus staged by the ITS. Research conducted observations in January to April 2014. Other observations are temperature humidity wind speed wind direction soil moisture and land cover characteristics buildings laboratories vegetation etc.. This study uses a numerical method for deference and concentration time series data integration in determining the value of Net_CO2-Con. Net_CO2-Con values obtained on average when it rains at -412.98 ppmV while the value Net_CO2-Con current average heat of -258.8 ppmV. This means that the cumulative value of CO2 concentration in the ambient air in the region has a lot of vegetation vegetation green appearance because of the higher CO2 uptake than emisi.Factors of air temperature soil moisture air humidity and wind speed affects the concentration of CO2. So that the cumulative value of CO2 concentration in the ambient air Net_CO2-Con is strongly influenced by the concentration of CO2 it self.
