TECHNICAL OPTIMIZATION STUDY OF TRADITIONAL SHIP FOR THE CRUISE LINE AMBON- SOUTH BURU

ABSTRAK

Kapal kayu yang digunakan untuk transportasi antar Pulau di Maluku umumnya dibangun atas dasar pengalaman pembuat kapal sehingga tidak ada perhitungan secara ilmiah untuk penentuan Panjang kapal kecepatan serta sistem Propulsinya. Dengan AHP Analityc Hirearky Process dilakukan pemilihan kapal yang sesuai untuk operasional transportasi antara Ambon- Buru Selatan. Dari Jenis- Jenis yang saat ini digunakkan sebagai alat transportasi Jenis kapala yang memiliki ukuran propeller Panjang 21.55 m Lebar 4.26 tinggi 1.80 m dan tinggi sarat 1.21. Dengan menggunakkan Software maxurf didapat untuk kecepatan service kapal 8 knot tahanan kapal yang ada hanya sebesar 4.71KN dan dengan ukuran kapal yang ada dan Gaya dorong yang diperhitungkan sanggup menggerakkan kapal untuk mencapai kecepatan yang diinginkan. Sisitem Propulsi yang optimal untuk kapal pada jalur pelayaran Ambon Buru selatan dengan ukuran seperti ukuran di atas disarankan untuk kapal- kapal yang dirancang dengan Daya Motor induk terpilih 41.01 Kw Putaran Motor 2500 rpm dengan rasio gear 13.3 Diameter Propeller 0.58 m efisiensi Propeller 0.56 dengan menggunakan Propeller tipe Bseries 3-35 untuk PD 0.77. Dari Hasil Analisa Engine Propeller Matching dan Kurva Pembebanan Propeller diperoleh titik operasi pada efisiensi propeller 50 dengan putaran 94.44 membutuhkan daya sebesar 79.08 dengan beban propeller 424 Nm sehingga dapat mencapai kecepatan 8 knot.


ABSTRACT

Traditional ships that are used for inter-island transportation in the Moluccas generally built on the basis of experience shipbuilders so there is no scientific computation for determining the length of the ship speed and propulsion system. Optimal size of the timber ship for the cruise line Ambon- South Buru of some existing ships the method of AHP Selected ship is the size of the ship as KM Tomia Indahl and advised by vessel size Length 21.55 m width 4.26 m high 1.80 m and Draft 1.21 m because by using maxurf software obtained for 8 knots speed service ship resistance vessels that is only for 4.71 KN and the size of the existing vessels and the Thrust of 6.1551 KN able to move the ship to reach the desired speed. for ships in shipping lanes of Ambon- South Buru the size as above recommended for ships designed with elected parent Motor Power 41.01 KW Round Motor 2500 rpm with a gear ratio of 1 3.3 Diameter Propeller 0.58 m 0.56 Propeller efficiency by using the Propeller 3-35 Bseries type to P D 0.77. Analysis of Results Matching Engine and Propeller Propeller curve obtained imposition of operating point on the propeller efficiency of 50 with a round 94.4479.08 of the power required by the propeller load of 424 Nm so it can reach a speed of 8 knots.
