ABSTRAK

ABSTRAK Instalasi Pengolahan Air Minum IPAM adalah alat utama PDAM Surya Sembada Kota Surabaya dalam melayani kebutuhan air bersih para pelanggannya. Oleh karena itulah IPAM harus bekerja secara kontinyu 24 jam dengan kualitas dan kuantitas yang terjaga. IPAM Karang Pilang III dengan kapasitas 2000 ldt yang baru saja dibangun dan dioperasikan adalah salah satunya. Pada unit bangunan IPAM Karang Pilang III ini terdapat bagian yang mempunyai peranan paling menentukan terhadap kualitas hasil produksi IPAM yaitu Clearator. Karena di Clearator ini proses penjernihan paling utama yang terdiri dari flokulasi klarifikasi dan sedimentasi terjadi. Sedang pada unit berikutnya yaitu filter lebih bersifat menyempurnakan dari sisa-sisa flok kotoran yang belum terendapkan di Clearator. Karena posisinya yang sangat penting tersebut maka kinerja Clearator harus dijaga. Untuk itulah diperlukan analisa resiko yang dapat mengetahui potensi bahaya yang akan mengganggu kinerjanya. Juga sekaligus untuk memetakan resiko sehingga akan lebih mudah dalam melakukan langkah-langkah antisipatif. Observasi pengumpulan data sekunder dan wawancara kepada para manajer produksi digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode fault tree analysis FTA dipilih karena metode analisa ini dianggap lebih sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan. Karena metode FTA ini digambarkan secara diagramatis diagram pohon yang memudahkan untuk membacanya dan dapat diketahui hingga akar penyebab resiko. Dari hasil identifikasi dan analisa resiko dengan menggunakan FTA diketahui bahwa faktor utama penyebab terjadinya penurunan kinerja Clearator dengan Key Performance Indicator KPI turbidity kekeruhan adalah faktor influen dan proses internal yang terjadi di dalam Clearator. Dari dua faktor utama tersebut tergambarkan dalam peta resiko bahwa tingkat resiko faktor proses intern masuk dalam kategori moderate risk dan faktor influen kategori low risk. Sedang resiko total Clearator masuk kategori significant risk.


ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT Drinking Water Treatment Plant IPAM is a major tool of Surabaya Surya Sembada Water Enterprise in serving the water needs of its customers. Hence WTP water treatment plant must work 24 hours continuously with the quality and quantity awake. Karang Pilang WTP III with a capacity of 2000 l s newly built and operated is one of them. In the WTP building unit Karang Pilang III there are parts that have the most decisive role to the quality of production WTP namely Clearator. Because in this Clearator ultimate purification process consists of flocculation clarification and sedimentation occurred. Being next to the filter unit is more perfected than the remnants of dirt that has not been sedimentation flock in Clearator. Due to a very important position then Clearator performance must be maintained. To that required risk analysis to determine the potential hazards that would interfere with its performance. Also to map the risk so it will be easier to perform anticipatory measures. Observation secondary data collection and interviews to the production managers used in this study. Method of fault tree analysis FTA has been chosen as the method of analysis is considered to be more suitable to field conditions. Because the method is illustrated in diagrammatic FTA tree diagram which makes it easy to read and can be seen up to the root causes of risk. From the results of the risk identification and analysis using FTA is known that the main factors causing the performance degradation Clearator the Key Performance Indicator KPI turbidity cloudiness is the influent factors and internal processes that occur in Clearator. Of the two main factors the risk map that illustrated the level of risk factors internal processes in the category of moderate risk and low risk categories influent factors. Total risk being categorized Clearator significant risk.
