ABSTRAK

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi manfaat e-learning menggunakan model yang diadaptasi dari DeLone dan Mclane yang dimodifikasi dengan menambahkan dua variabel baru yaitu Karakterisitk Pengguna KPE dan Norma Subjektif NS. Kedua variabel tersebut diperlukan karena karakteristik peserta didik dapat membentuk persepsi yang berbeda terhadap sistem e-learning dan melihat bagaimana pengaruh sosial mempengaruhi sistem e-learning. Untuk mengukur kesesuaian model dan melihat keterkaitan antar variabelnya menggunakan metode SEM. Metode bootstrap digunakan dalam membantu proses analisis karena data penelitian bersifat tidak berdistribusi normal.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner terhadap guru dan siswa di tiga SMK Negeri Surabaya yang mempunyai sistem e-learning yaitu SMKN1SMKN2 dan SMKN 12 Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Norma Subjektif NS dan Kualitas Layanan KL berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manfaat e-learning NB. Variabel KPE yang ditambahkan pada penelitian ini menunjukan tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Penggunaan Sistem PS dan Manfaat e-learning NB. Variabel Kualitas Informasi KI Kualitas Layanan KL dan Kualitas Sistem KS tidak berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan Sistem PS Kualitas Sistem KS dan Kualitas Informasi KI juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Manfaat e-learning NB. Variabel Kepuasan Pengguna KP tidak berpengaruh terhadap Penggunaan Sistem PS begitu juga sebaliknya Penggunaan Sistem PS tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna KP.


ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to measure and examine the factors that affect the benefits of e -learning using a model adapted from DeLone and Mclane modified by adding two new variables namely Users Caracteristics KPE and Subjective Norm N. Both of these variables is necessary because the characteristics of learners can form different perceptions of the e-learning system and see how social influences affect e-learning systems. To measure the suitability of the model and see the relationship between the variables using SEM methods. Bootstrap method is used to help the process of analysis because research data are not normally distributed. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to teachers and students in three SMK Surabaya who have e-learning system that is SMKN1 SMKN2 and SMK 12 Surabaya. The results showed that variable Subjective Norms NS and Service Quality KL significantly affects the benefits of e-learning NB. KPE variables are added in this study showed no effect the Use of System PS and the benefits of e-learning NB. Variable Information Quality KI Service Quality KL and Systems Quality KS does not affect the use of Systems PS Systems Quality KS and Information Quality KI also had no effect on the benefits of e-learning NB. Variable User Satisfaction KP does not affect the use of Systems PS and Use of System PS has no effect on User Satisfaction KP.
