ABSTRAK

Kepuasan bekerja dan komitmen berorganisasi merupakan dua anteseden utama kinerja dan sudah diselidiki oleh banyak peneliti untuk waktu yang cukup lama. Kedua variabel dipercaya memiliki pengaruh yang besar pada kinerja. Aktivitas instuisi suatu organisasi mayoritas lebih memfokuskan pada aktivitas core bisnis tetapi dengan berjalannya waktu dan kebutuhan organisasi beberapa tenaga kerja dialihkan kepada tenaga kerja outsourcing salah satunya yaitu tenaga kerja teknisi di Perusahaan XYZ. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh kepuasan bekerja dan komitmen berorganisasi pada kinerja dengan mengolah data kuisioner menggunakan metode Service Quality. Dari hasil pengintegrasian metode Service Quality terdapat lima 5 variabel yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang yaitu pemberian jaminan kesehatansosial adanya kemungkinan menjadi pegawai tetap pemberian penghargaan pemberian motivasi dan hubungan kerja dengan vendor. Langkah berikutnya adalah menentukan hal-hal apa saya yang menjadi prioritas respon teknis perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis IPA yang kemudian diketahui bahwa variabel kesehatansosial berada pada kuadran IV yaitu Concentrate Here. Maka perusahaan XYZ dan vendor dapat meninjau kembali kebijakan mengenai jaminan kesehatansosial dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa karyawan merupakan asset penting bagi perusahaan. Perusahaan pada awal Januari juga telah mewajibkan setiap karyawannya dan vendor dengan tidak terkecuali untuk memiliki BPJS Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan. ABSTRACT

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are the two main antecedents of performance and has been investigated by many researchers since years. Both variables believed to have great influence on the performance. Intuition a majority of the organization activities but with the passage of time and the needs of the organization some workers were transferred to outsourcing labor such as technician at XYZ Company. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the performance which is using Service Quality method. From the results of the integration method Service Quality there are five 5 variables are included in the category of being those are the provision of health insurance social the possibility of a permanent employee award motivation and working relationships with vendors. The next step is determiningthe priorities for company to response analysis using Importance Performance Analysis IPAmethod from the quadrant known that the variable health social is high priority Concentrate Here. Thus the company XYZ and vendors may analysis its policy regarding health insurance social in regard to that employee are an important asset for the company. The company in early January have also requires every employee and vendor with no exception to have BPJS Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan..
