ABSTRAK

Turnover intention adalah keinginan karyawan untuk berpindah dari satu tempat kerja ke tempat kerja lainnya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa turnover intention adalah keinginan untuk berpindah belum sampai pada tahap realisasi yaitu melakukan perpindahan dari satu tempat kerja ke tempat kerja lainnya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang membuat turnover intention tersebut terjadi di RSMB yaitu adanya faktor kompensasi hubungaan antar karyawan pimpinan lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention dapat menggunakan metode structural equation modeling SEM. SEM merupakan anggota dari model statistik yang menerangkan hubungan antara banyak variabel multiple variable. Hasilnya variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keinginan karyawan untuk berpindah dari satu tempat kerja ke tempat kerja lainnya atau turnover intention adalah variabel pimpinan. Sehingga semakin rendah kepuasan karyawan terhadap pimpinan maka semakin tinggi tingkat turnover intention yang akan terjadi di RSMB.


ABSTRACT

Turnover intentions is the desire of employees to move from one workplace to another workplace. That turnover intentions is a desire to move not yet reached the stage of realization is to make the transition from one workplace to another workplace. There are several factors that make it happen in turnover intention RSMB is compensation factor relationship among employees leadership work environment and job satisfaction. To determine the factors that influence turnover intention can use the method of Structural Equation Modelling SEM. SEM is a part os statistical model that describes the relationship between many variable multiple variable. As a result the variables that significantly influence the turnover intention is variable leadership. So te lower satisfaction of employees toward the higher levels of leadership turnover intention will happen in RSMB.
