ABSTRAK

Pada sistem Electrical Continuously Variable Transmission ECVT proses perubahan rasio diameter pulley driver dengan pulley driven digerakkan oleh motor DC. Salah satu metode perubahan diameter pulley dikendalikan oleh Fork Push Belt dengan kombinasi lead screw yang digerakkan oleh elektrik motor DC. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan implementasi kontrol PID Auto Tuning untuk merubah rasio secara otomatis pada ECVT. Parameter input set point yang digunakan untuk menentukan perubahan rasio adalah nilai kenaikan putaran pada mesin yang direpresentasikan sebagai nilai kenaikan putaran puli primer dan nilai penambahan posisi fork screw ideal baik primer maupun sekunder. Hasil perbandingan antara antara data hasil perubahan rasio transmisi secara manual dengan Implementasi sistem PID Auto Tuning pada prototipe ECVT diperoleh kinerja ECVT pada rasio 096 slip sebesar 9127 efisiensi rasio sebesar 90873


ABSTRACT

In the system continuously variable transmission ECVT the driver and driven pulley diameter are changed by DC motor. The changing method of pulley diameter is controlled by combination electric DC motor with push belt fork and lead screw. In this final project will be the implementation of Auto Tuning PID control to automatically change the ratio of the ECVT. Input parameters set points are used to determine changes in the engine rotation ratio is represented as rounds of the primary pulley and the movement of fork screw ideal. The results of the comparison between the data of the transmission ratio changes manually with implementation PID Auto Tuning Control System the performance ECVT obtained on a prototype ECVT at a ratio of 0.96 the slip of 9.127 and the efficiency ratio of 90.873.
