ABSTRAK

Energi merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Kebutuhan energi listrik merupakan suatu kebutuhan pokok yang terus meningkat seiring berkembangnya industri di Indonesia. Alternatif yang tersedia kini masih menggunakan bahan bakar batu bara yang kian lama kian habis seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia. Namun dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi terkini mulai dikenalkan dan diterapkan pembangkit listrik dengan dengan gas sebagai bahan bakar utamanya atau PLTG Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas. Joint Operating Body Pertamina Pertamina East Java JOB P-PEJ merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi minyak bumi dan gas MIGAS dan merupakan gabungan dari perusahaan PT. Pertamina dan Petrochina Ltd. Sebagai pemasok bahan bakar minyak dan gas JOB P-PEJ memilih untuk menggunakan turbin gas sebagai pengerak generator untuk menghasilkan listrik. Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis mencoba untuk menghitung unjuk kerja performa dari salah satu unit turbin gas yang ada. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh kerja kompresor 775 sebesar 1.003085767 KW daya turbin 775 sebesar 1.484168531 KW kapasitas bahan bakar masuk Qin sebesar 1.045657025 KW sehingga didapatkan efisiensi siklus sebesar 46 dan efisiensi turbin sebesar 8106 dengan AFR Air Fuel Ratio sebesar 153020296 dan Excess Air sebesar 77.


ABSTRACT

Energy is an integral requirement of human life. Electrical energy needs is a basic requirement which increasing as the development of industry in Indonesia. The available for alternative today are still using coal as fuels that are becoming more depleted with increasing demand for electricity in Indonesia. But with the latest technological developments began to be introduced and applied to the power plant with a gas as the primary fuel or power plant or known as Gas Power Plants. Joint Operating Body Pertamina - Petrochina East Java JOB P-PEJ is a company who producing oil and gas and is an affiliated company of PT. Pertamina and Petrochina Ltd. As a supplier of fuel oil and gas JOB P-PEJ choose to use a gas turbine to driven generator to produce electricity. In this thesis the author tries to calculate the performance efficiency one of the existing gas turbine units. From the calculation of work compressor 775 is equal 1003.085767 KW the power of turbine 775 is equal 1484.168531 KW inlet fuel capacity Qin an equal 1045.657025 KW so we get the cycle efficiency by 46 and amounted to 81.06 efficiency turbine with AFR Air Fuel Ratio amounted 15.3020296 adn Excess Air amounted 77.
